Seasense Boutique Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

很好的酒店，沒什麼問題

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. The food was very delicious, the room specious and clean. The outside area was a tropical paradise. We enjoyed kayaking and cocktails on the beach and the pool. The massages were great, too. From the very beginning of our stay the staff were very welcoming. They assisted with everything we needed. We would like to express our gratitude, especially to Kesia. She was our wedding coordinator and took care of absolutely everything - arranging the documentation, coming with us to the civil office, arranging the hairdresser, the make makeup artist. She made sure that the decoration for the wedding and the setup(incl. cake, bouquet, champagne, etc.) were exactly what we wanted. We had an amazing dinner, and our room was decorated for the night. We are so happy with the choice that we made. Highly recommend the hotel ad everything it has to offer!

It's our 5th time on the island and we're always in 5* hotels. this year we wanted to go to a smaller hotel. This is a boutique hotel (59 rooms/suites) with rooms well decorated but, compared to other 5* from the island, there's room for improvement - explanations at the arrival were a little messy - the way the menus are detailed should be improved. we were on 1/2 board and had surprises with some of the "extra menu" prices and their inconsistency. F.i. a "lobster menu at 4000MUR pp one day and then another at 2500 pp another day without clear details on why there's such a pricy difference. - had to "fight" every day to get the face towels replaced (they were just taken...) - the sheets (in the room) and the napkins at restaurants were sometimes dirty (and had to ask for replacement) The SPA was Good with prices totally affordable though. Good thing is the daily Tea time at 4PM for free snack and Tea / cold tea Darren & Oliver from the restaurants, along with the Chefs were really great, and ensured the gluten allergy of my wife was well taken care of. We'll come back to Mauritius but probably not here. better for the same price elsewhere.

The description of the hotel reads: “the ultimate laid-back luxury experience and offering an unparalleled view of the lapping waves”. The reality is far from the description. I have no clue of how the hotel has gotten these other positive reviews as the other guests we spoke to were very disappointed as well. - The ocean view suite we first booked had very limited ocean view. - The same goes for the presidential suite we paid to upgrade to. - The other rooms are very close to the path all the guests are walking on to get to the restaurant (you pass approximately 2 meters in front of their terrace) so you can have eye contact with other guest when they are in their room. - The shower in our suite was leaking resulting in the toilet and bathroom being flooded with water every shower. - The towels provided were often full of spots, fringy, with holes, and on occasion smelling strongly of cigarettes. - Housekeeping occurred between 15:00-17:00 in the afternoon. Usually when we wanted to come back to the room after the day. - The beach is in an angle; hence you must lay downhill on the sun chairs. - In general, the sun chairs and bean bags are moulded, old and several are broken. - The daily yoga advertised was in fact a “sometimes on Mondays” happening, however not on any of the two Mondays we were there. - They served mojitos and other drinks with cheap alcohol and mixing water with no bubbles. The sugar cane liquor (La Faya) they used instead of Rhum ruined most drinks. In general, the staff was sweet and did their best with what they had. Unfortunately the management seemed poor. Regardless, it does not hold the standards of a 5-star hotel – nor a boutique hotel.

My girlfriend and I had a week at the lovely seasense hotel in Mauritius. The hotel was stunning. Very intimate hotel not too crowded. Staff were excellent. Ardash was looking after our room with the help of Khooshal. The room was always made to look lovely. Welcome written on the bed in leaves as we arrived and a pair of towel swans on the bed on occasions decorated with petals. The food was lovely. A good variety of food which I was worried about as a fussy eater. Anket behind the bar was excellent. Always putting a smile on guests faces and making sure we had everything we needed. I’ve loved our stay in Mauritius and the hotel really topped that off. We left on Monday evening and driving down the path I really didn’t want to leave. Beautiful beautiful place would definitely recommend. Thank you very much to all the staff at Seasense. Especially Anket, Ardash and Knooshal.

We spent a dream vacation at the Seasense Boutique Hotel and everything was done to make us feel completely at ease during our stay. From the very first minute we were immersed in an oasis of calm, helpfulness and well-being. The hotel area is extremely clean, very well maintained and located on a beautiful sandy beach in the middle of an exotic garden under palm trees. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. They are cleaned daily and the bed is made again in the evening. On some days there was even a piece of chocolate on our pillow! The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired (from pancakes to exotic fruits to smoked fish and local specialties) and in the afternoon there is a daily tea with cake or local specialties. Dinner is served in the restaurant by candlelight and tastes simply excellent! There is a new, very varied menu every evening, which can be supplemented "à la carte" if desired. Our special thanks go to all the staff, waiters, cooks, bartenders, receptionists, guest managers and everyone "front and backstage" who made our vacation so special. Not forgetting the gardeners and Jude, who booked us an unforgettable boat trip. Many thanks for everything and best wishes from Austria! Renate and Wolfgang

We visited the seasensehotel for the second time this year, and it was definitely not a mistake. On the contrary, we were delighted to see many familiar faces among the staff, and everything, if anything, has only changed for the better. We would like to express our special thanks to Sylvanna this year as well; she truly deserves to be appointed as the restaurant manager. She is so warm-hearted and brightens up every morning for us. Moreover, she is one of the best in the hotel in terms of professionalism. Of course, a big thank you also goes to all the others who made our vacation what it was. We were particularly impressed by Dherraj, who even remembered our room number from last year, as well as Therrie on the beach, Narvesh, Darren, Jerome, and Megan, who made our vacation enjoyable again this year. Thank you so much, and it was definitely not our last vacation at Seasense. This year, we also tried another of the now 5 hotels in the Searesorts group, and we were not disappointed there either. For anyone who would like to see other parts of the island, we highly recommend switching to Seapoint Botique in the north of the island after a week.

Amazing service from Aravindhn and Prithvi who ensured my room was beautifully cleaned everyday even with some special touches. The overall experience here has been so welcoming. The waiters and front desk staff go out of their way to accommodate you in making you feel at home.
