周邊道路在施工，出個門七繞八繞。但酒店內部很好，乾淨舒適，還可以免費游泳、泡温泉。半層樓的行李專用升降梯太差了，開個門費死勁，要碰運氣才能打開。

酒店有一個室內的花園和游泳池。酒店的性價比很高。服務熱情，前台還主動建議開車到遊覽區的停車建議。點贊。

Rooms overlooking garden are adequate but very loud when pool is busy. Outside deck overlooking garden was lovely. Kitchen in room was old but well equipped. Bathroom appeared updated. Atmosphere feels quite tropical with view of snow falling outside!

Its cozy and if you don't feel like eating at their restaurant there is plenty if other choices around

Nice water park. Hot tub is shared with children so its warm not hot. The steps leading into pool is sharp. Decor and atmosphere is nice. Some of the children water sprinklers dont work. Plenty of luggage caddies. Dust in shelves in washroom. Overall 8/10.

Great place to go with the kids, was our 3rd year going for March Break, and this year was by far the best all around.

Amazing hotel for a familly with kids , they always something planned, all kinds of activities for all ages. But not the place to be if you just want to relax and take a break

Our room is at the end of the building and is far from the pool. It’s quiet and clean. The mattress is very comfortable.

Great hotel , food is not great neither was the restaurant service waiting 40 minutes to get a drink at the bar Also stay 10 days and they only changed the bed once and cleaned once Towels were daily but nothing else

The property was ok . You rooms were very clean but you can tell the were old , the mirrors in the bathroom around were rusted , the floors moved int eh rooms . So you could tell the needed an upgrade . The beds you could tell the were old or 2beds put together , not very comfy . They need to add more handicap parking in the front and just on the side of the building as we could not get any parking , vehicles were actually parked in the handicap parking spots as you could not tell the color Was so faded away . The hotel probably makes money and the up keeps should be done . But I would come back . The staff extremely nice , the restaurant very nice , food was good . I would recommend this hotel and I would come back . The pool could use a slide for the kids . Or something fun . Overall good experience.

Perfect for a family with kids. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the view on the garden.

The pool area was great for the kids. Would have liked the bar to be open during the week. Rooms were smaller than expected but functional. Murphy beds very surprisingly comfortable.
