We returned to the hotel at 8:45, and there were no lights, no Wi-Fi, and no heating! I didn't dare to use hot water because the front desk said that the hot water in the tank would be gone after it was used up. What a night of torture. The hotel only lost 30 yuan. I can't see their apology at all. This is not an accident. The staff said that the hotel regularly performs electrical maintenance like this, which usually takes 2 hours. This time it was particularly long. If there is electrical maintenance, it should not be open to guests, or it should be opened at one or two o'clock in the morning. Maintenance is carried out from 7 to 12 pm, which really has a big impact on the guests. Poor sound insulation. People talking in the corridor can be heard by guests in the next room when they draw the curtains. The streets were also very noisy in the morning. Also, the hotel forgot to do housekeeping the next day.

The room is very big and you can see the castle from the window. There is a visitor center downstairs. After get off work at 17:00, you need to swipe your card to enter the hotel. The hotel is in a good location and is close to various check-in points.
