The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a few convenience stores and a large supermarket called Tradition nearby . The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet. You have to walk for a while to reach the old city , but it’s a beautiful walk in nice weather and there’s also an elevator right at the footstep of the hill bringing you up a few levels if you aren’t keen on climbing stairs . We will stay again if we ever return to Quebec City .

We stayed in the loft! This is a basement-unit apartment (I will call it). It has two bedrooms with an ensuite in each room, including sink, flush, and shower - very nicely done and updated. The beds are comfortable, each room has its own heat/cooling system. In the common area of the apartment, there is a large bar counter with stools, a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, sink, cutlery, and basic supplies. Each bedroom has a Nespresso as well. Just outside the door, there is an additional kitchen for all other guests to use. It has similar supplies, only more of them. Bring your food and you are set to go! This unit also has an outside exit to the emergency staircase. I read one review that mentioned the ceilings were only 6' tall, but that is untrue. There is one beam across the common room that is 6' but all other ceilings in the apartment are approximately 6'5”. One of us who stayed is 6'3”. The sound between rooms is very quiet, the only sound is from the people upstairs walking around (normal). One suggestion, bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, etc. The location is perfect - the Plains of Abraham is just steps away, and downtown is an easy 10-15 min walk. Many side streets have cafes, restaurants, and Metro (grocery, wine, beer). You can walk to the outdoor skating rink (skate rentals), cross-country ski trails, and walking paths. It is a very active city with lots of people running, skiing, and walking.

The atmosphere at this non-profit establishment was serene, thought-provoking, and subtle. The museum was inspiring and the interactive segment value-impacting. The accoutrements reinforced values of simplicity, quality, and healthy. The staff was as influential in creating a space for reflection as was the building. The nuns should be thanked for sharing an environment that tactfully and tastefully asked a guest to be rekective about their own value system.

The junior suite was a nice size, the bed was comfy, and the view was pretty. We had no noise issues, neither within the hotel or from the neighbourhood, it’s on a quiet side street right in Old Quebec - perfect location! Definitely appreciated the parking, although I’m very glad we took the small car. The room was a little shabby, stained carpet, mould in the bathroom, decor that seemed like an assembly of randomly purchased surplus items from a liquidation sale. The bathroom was super small! The lack of coffee maker was something we came prepared for, we brought our own, but it was a pain to unpack the car because the elevator was extremely slow. We were told at check in that we had to notify the front desk before noon any day that we wanted housekeeping. Any time we stopped at the desk to make this request it seemed like we were bothering the staff or otherwise doing something wrong. The electrical in the room was kinda scary. There were several light switches that didn’t do anything and the fireplace switches were backward (off was on, on was off) and my husband got a shock (big flash, loud bang) off the fireplace. We let the front desk know about the arcing fireplace, they again seemed annoyed but said they’d call maintenance. When we returned a couple hours later, maintenance had turned the fireplace on high and the furnace was cranked to 29 degrees Celsius. The room was boiling! We didn’t say the room was cold, didn’t mention a problem with the furnace, just wanted to let them know the fireplace electrocuted my husband. Not sure why they cranked the heat to tropical levels.

Ok hotel for one night. Located 15 minute walk from old town. Cleanliness could be improved, bathroom was unclean. Rooms could do with updating as it’s quite dated. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Had a budget-friendly stay at this hotel, situated about 15 minutes away from Old Quebec by car. The room was modest in size, and the overall condition was okay. Despite not being very close to the main attractions, the low price point and complimentary breakfast make it a reasonable choice for those looking for an affordable and light stay.

From the early moment we arrived this girl gave us the best service anyone could ask for. I forget her name but by the room # we had from the 28 to 30 July, you can figure out who she was. She doesn't work on weekends she told us. She did everything possible to get our rooms before time and was greatly appreciated. We had a beautiful room on the 7th floor (707 and 705). Nice view of the city. Very comfortable king size bed. Wonderful bathroom with shower and amenities. Keurig coffee maker with pods, microwave, fridge, 42” flat screen TV, clock radio, desk and chairs. Lovely large balcony. Air conditioner quiet and nice. There is a pool that's open until 10pm. A restaurant in the lobby and another one that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
