Had a great stay here! The room was very clean and came with a washing machine and dryer, which was super handy. The location is excellent — lots of good food options around and a supermarket nearby. Perfect place to stay if you want comfort and convenience in Queenstown.

Was in a good location and staff were very helpful with luggage storage. Convenient location to shuttle buses and the cafe downstairs was delicious. Superior room has dryer and washing machine but normal room does not fyi

The hotel provides everything we need, bed is comfy, it has a nice little kitchen with exhaust and dishwasher so we can prepare some simple meals. It also has washing machine and dryer. The cons are car park can be limited but if you come back early you can always find one. Also the dryer is very loud so we only used it once. Overall it's a good place for what we paid for.

hairs everywhere in the room, especially on bed sheet and blanket. There was also hairs on the wall of shower room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom stunk. We had to leave the fan on and the door open. Luckily it didn't take long for the smell to go. Also the heat pump was not working properly. We had it at 26° and it was still cold overnight. We did mention this at reception but we're not sure if this was even seen by anyone as we did not notice any difference. However, the room was clean and comfortable

The hotel was almost walkable from the airport. We arrived early Saturday morning and enjoyed the market right over the road. As we were early to the hotel we got our instructions and returned later, lovely receptionist. We did not eat at the hotel but there is a cafe on the ground level which closes around 2.30 but the smell from fresh bakery and coffee was pretty good. Self catering was good with basics. We had a faulty fridge and had just bought supplies but the hotel, although almost time for staff to leave, found us another room with an upgrade. If you are a fussy camper, you could say fittings in bathroom were "cheap" and scuff marks on walls (all white so they show more) but it was perfect for us. Overlooking building sites and other buildings but just look up and there are the mountains in their splendour.l Cost was reasonable and as parking is pricy in Queenstown it was good to get free parking at the hotel.

The hotel located at the centre of Remarkabe Park. Very near to airport. Also there are restaurants nearby. It is a good choice if you have morning flights. There is also a mini kitchen in the room. Though small, all essential facilities available.

Room is good. But car park is not enough, however there is metro parking just next to hotel $11 for 24 hours.

Didn't know the room that I booked came with dryer, washing machine + detergent, and dishwasher + detergents. The best hotel I ever booked. Rejected the upgrade for the 2nd night cause we felt it's very troublesome.

this hotel is close to the airport and has limited parking space. the rooms are excellent and our room came with a washer and dryer which was most convenient. they even provide free detergent powder for 2 washes. brilliant! plenty of eateries nearby within walking distance if you prefer not to drive into town. there's even a supermarket nearby for your daily needs. overall very happy with the hotel.

Amazing hotel within a reasonable distance from The Remarkables, Coronet Peak, Queenstown, Arrow Town and many other places of interest. Was given a free upgrade to the room booked and was not expecting this but was a pleasant surprise (not sure if this could be because it was our first time staying there, as a lot of places try to do something a bit extra to encourage you to return to them or if they geniunely had the room spare and we came at a lucky time). Room was beautiful and had kitchen, bathroom and even washing machine all included. We even had mountain views which was not expected as we booked to face the other side as this is extremely sought after and worth it! Absolutely will be booking with them again when we next plan to stay in Queenstown, New Zealand!

First thing to aware is free parking spots are very limited, always full when you return to the hotel after 7pm. Alternative parking is 11NZD overnight, acceptable but depressing if you cannot find a free available parking slot. Second thing is the shower water pressure is extremely low and cannot be accepted. Hope they can improve the shower equipment or water system. Third thing is, although they do not require any deposit, they still ask for credit card details during check-in. I am not sure the purpose and this is not mentioned during room reservations via Trip.com Other than that, all other things are good.
