Amazing and beautiful hotel facing the lake. The 3 bedroom apartment we took is beautiful. Breakfast was good albeit space is smaller. Overall good hotel and residence to stay whenever you are in Queenstown.

This Queenstown hotel came highly recommended, and after personally staying for two nights, I can confirm it's truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful with my luggage, and the lady at the front desk gave a very detailed introduction to all the hotel's amenities. The laundry room and dryer were a definite highlight, especially for a long trip. The views from both the room and the lobby were also stunning.

The hotel's location is superb, offering breathtaking views right from the window. The serene and elegant ambiance makes you feel instantly relaxed the moment you step inside. And the service is simply impeccable. From the warm welcome at reception to the thoughtful room service, every detail made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. The food was also a delightful surprise. Whether it was the extensive breakfast spread or the delectable main courses, we left completely satisfied.

I rarely give hotels bad reviews, and first, I must commend the hotel staff; their service, attitude, and professionalism were outstanding. However, on the very first night of our stay, we encountered several issues: 1. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken. It took until the third day to get it fixed after we reported it. Queenstown gets very cold in winter, so having to leave the bathroom door open for ventilation was truly unpleasant and significantly impacted our experience. 2. The shower pressure was extremely low, and it came with a very loud, high-pitched noise. Taking a shower became a genuinely frustrating experience. 3. The back of the air conditioning unit emitted a green light, positioned right above the head of the bed. This kept me awake all night. It only improved after staff taped it over the next day. 4. Additionally, there were stains on the sofa. On the positive side, the scenery was excellent, and the complimentary parking was very convenient. However, be aware that if your room is below the 3rd floor, the view will be obstructed (this is important to note). The Airbnb we moved to afterwards offered even better views at a lower price, and even had basic cooking facilities like a stovetop and microwave, allowing us to prepare our own meals. Overall, this experience was absolutely not worth the price. The hotel offered no compensation, and the room was quite small. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 4 nights. This is a very stylish and comfortable home like place to relax and live. We enjoyed our stay! Will come back again!

We really enjoyed the beautiful view from our bedroom, which added a relaxing touch to our stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight—not only was the food enjoyable, but we were lucky enough to get a window seat with a lovely view. The hotel also offers paid parking for guests, which was convenient. We appreciated the direct access from the hotel to the lake, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding nature. Additionally, the communal laundry room was a helpful amenity for longer stays

The surroundings are quite pleasant, but the route to the room is a bit convoluted. We had to go down to the 3rd floor, walk through a parking garage, and then take an elevator in a separate building.

Overall, it was decent, though a little dated. However, when traveling with snowboard gear, I found the lake-view room a bit on the small side. I'd recommend a one-bedroom suite instead. The location is good, and I would still recommend it.

Best of the best!!! Very well located —- closed to the lake and also near the town. Staffs are super friendly and helpful.

The room was lovely, spacious and had a big balcony overlooking the lake which was very beautiful and also kitchen with kitchenware, washing anf dryer machines in room.
