Ulasan Holiday Inn Queenstown Frankton Road, an IHG Hotel

Excellent room with all the amenities you can hope for. Friendly service from all hotel staff. Great view across the lake. The only minor criticism is that it’s not quite in the town centre, which is about a 10-minute drive.

We would not recommend this place for several reasons. 1. The room has a strong chemical odor that does not fade even with both ac and door being opened. 2. There is a window in the bathroom that lets in a lot of sun and the bathroom door is half transparent, therefore you won’t be able to sleep in the morning. Ironically that is the only windows that gets the light in, so during the day you feel like you are sitting in a dark den. 3. Rooms are small and with dark furniture, so it does not feel nice or new. 4. As a couple, we were checked into a twin room with two separate beds, despite placing our booking in advance. No rooms were available for exchange. The hotel was fully booked with Asian tourist groups. 5. The hotel charges 20 for parking your vehicle overnight. 6. There is nothing to eat at breakfast, none of the food they serve looks appetizing. In conclusion, do not waste your money because you won’t have a pleasant stay there if you are on vacation.

Good location & nice view. Two bus stops from the city centre. Lot quieter and convenient.

First Day but succeeding clean not enough it seems never do vacuum.

Quiet location beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was good. Convenient only to those driving.

Great rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains! The receptionist was very kind from the first day, and the breakfast buffet was splendid too. I truly enjoyed my stay here, as a solo traveller, the place is perfect. A walking distance to the busstop, laundry with a dryer provided, and my room was next to the spa with the hot tubs so my day was pretty perfect!

Checked in late night after travelling back from glacier tour. The breakfast menu basically the same things everyday.

Room and breakfast were dirty. Poor staff service. Ruined our honeymoon.

Great location (equidistant from airport and town centre) and amazing view from the Lakeview rooms!

The service and employees were great. Some of the rooms are however difficult to get to and I had booked a premium room with a lake view and unfortunately was given a room where the bush had blocked my view and it was ground level so I couldn’t see much

Had to stay an extra night in Queenstown, due to a weather event. Booked Quality Inn, using new TRIP app. Everything went very smoothly from then on. Green Cabs dropped us to door in pouring rain, staff were pleasant, friendly, sorted room, spa and dinner reservations in a jiffy. Monika stands out, with her pleasant smile and blue hair :-) Didn't catch the name of the tall gentleman on the bar, and also waited on our table at dinner. Opened Bar early, so we could enjoy a wee drink before dinner. Had a nice wine selection. Good variety of GF meals and snacks. Even organised Green Cabs again the next morning to get our flight. All in all a great stay, and we will be back.

湖景房真的不錯，推薦。雖然和道路隔了不到200米，但玻璃隔音很不錯。安靜，床也很舒服。有停車位（不免費）。離皇后鎮開車不堵的話開車5分鐘也方便
