the sky bar lounge is under renovation and they failed to inform us regarding that. it should be indicated on their website.. (false advertising ) coffee shops both at the lounge and dragon bar does not have decaf . For a five star hotel and an expensive room price its safe to say that they need lots of improvements on this this part. they should be able to give the guests what they nee and want. having a decaf coffee is basic..  all the staff in the hotel are pleasing and accommodating..good job to the staff. the pool btw is great.

Good staycation with family service was good 😊

We had a recent stay and had a conference there. Very good venue and had a 5-star hotel experience. good staff and courteous people. Good food as well. We recommend to have staycation and to have an event at this hotel. We recommend to check this hotel.

This was a very awful experience and I will go into detail on 2. I was initially scheduled to stay here from 11-19-2024 to noon 12-05-2024; however, ended my stay 11-24-2024. The rooms are beautiful and the in room dining staff pleasant and eager. As a guest who carries a laptop, it is very inconveniencing to always have my bag scanned at the door. I work in a sensitive field and having to scan my bag each time I get off from work, takes up too much of my time. 2 days into my stay there is as a large and live cockroach perched in my room. I Was offered a comp meal for 3,000PHP and an option to change rooms. The last straw with solaire for me was the embarrassment I faced when I ordered some food for delivery. As I walked back inside I was embarrassingly told that I could not have outside food inside the building. After picking up my food, I was about to extend my stay an additional 10 days; however, the lack of courtesy and embarrassment of having to leave my food outside, as a paying guest, I will never stay here again or encourage anyone of my colleagues to stay here. If it is a rule, it should be clearly stated verbally and in bold writing that no outside food is allowed. I will never return here. Overpriced and incompetent.

I’ve observed a perfect mix of professionalism and hospitality to those I’ve interacted with: Fiona (Service Centre), Carmela (Duty Manager), Samantha & John (Concierge), and Christian, Lyza, Clodualdo & Eric (Fresh Int’l Buffet) Ask for a room without a view of the informal settlers’ area for a more pleasant experience. Rooms are clean and in perfect order. I don’t have an episode allergy. There are well-situated smoking areas. There are several levels of parking so it’ll not be challenging for guests. The only issue I think is that in order to get to the hotel, I had to go step out of the hotel entrance facing Seda and enter a door to access the parking area using the elevator. Food is good. Don’t miss out on the salmon! I just experienced some delays of the kitchen staff refilling some entrees. I told Stephanie about my dining experience. One unpleasant experience I had though was with the consistency of some of Security staff. Don’t hesitate to report, whatever it maybe, to the Service Centre or the Duty Manager.

Coming back again and again...a place that is amazingly beautiful....omg.... enjoyed it much....love to be here...I will be inviting my family to visit this place....I love it...thanks a lot ❤️... it's in my bucket list again🫰....nice and cool place...food and service....wow it's great 👍
