Overall it was ok. Towels and soap weren't ready inside the room and still have to request it in the reception

The service can be frustrating, as it often takes several calls to get any support or assistance. On top of that, the hot shower isn’t reliably available, and the door repeatedly malfunctions every time we go out, adding to the inconvenience.

The service has completely downgraded. We used to love this place but now, roaches are crawling on the bed, or wherever places on the room. We’ve also seen lots of roaches on the buffet area. Photos attached. I have called the reception to ask for toiletries and they’ll charge you for everything. Completely deteriorated.

This hotel has very nice rooms and amazing bathrooms...the gym and pool are awesome but the location is kind of annoying since the surrounding area is not attractive or nice....

This was our second time staying at Red Hotel because the location is very accessible to malls and transportation terminals. It really feels nice to stay here just to relax and have a great bonding time with family after a long day at work. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as always. The breakfast is good, and the bed in the room is very comfortable as well.
However, during our second stay, I noticed that the room had a lot of small cockroaches inside. This was very disturbing, especially since I have two small kids. Fortunately, they did not get any bites. Additionally, the bathroom door was not working and couldn't lock, which was the same issue we had during our first stay in the Family Room.
When we tried the pool area, it seemed that the female restroom was under renovation, which was very inconvenient as we were unsure if we should use the male restroom instead.
I believe that this hotel is still relatively new, and I suggest that the hotel management work on maintaining these facilities better. But overall, I still like staying here! Kudos Red Hotel. ♥️

The room has a CR smell. No toilet paper. Its good for overnight. The other rooms with windows i prefer. Breakfast was great though.

The hotel is nice location wise as it sits in the middle of Cubao, a once center of entertainment and activity in Metro Manila. Overall, front desk staff are accommodating and approachable, housekeeping takes some time to address requests though. As for the amenities, they have a pool, gym and parking. Outside of these, there are no more activities available within the property. For the rooms, they are elegant and expensive looking apart from the obstructed view of room windows in the front and back units. They only provide a single card key per room which is quite a hassle if one person among your group wants to go out and explore. The person left in the room may need to manually let them in. The internet connection is very slow and unreliable. I had a hard time working whilst I was staying in the hotel. The TVs are merely decorations as they have a terrible cable service and the TVs are all restricted from connecting to their wifi. The free buffet breakfast is good but lacks assortment. But since it is normally included in the room cost it is acceptable. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to stay in Cubao with a pool and breakfast, Red Hotel is still highly recommended. However, if you plan ahead you may actually find other accommodations at the same price range with the same or maybe more amenities.

Worst staycation experience. Decided to book this hotel to celebrate wife’s birthday and we are attending a concert at araneta center. Upon check in some roaches are there but wr understood that it may be due to weather so left our stuff and went to the concert. When we came back around midnight the place was infested with roaches of different sizes. Immediately called desk and said that someone will check but only arrived half jour later. They wanted us to tranfer to another room but should
Wait for another 45 minutes to 1 hour since they are “cleaning”. This is already past midnight.
As my son described it, that day was the highest high (concert) and the lowest low we experineced. Not recommending this place and i hope that local government inspects this unit for sanitary purposes.

We have been waiting for more than an hour before checking in because no rooms were available. I expected a smoother experience since I had a reservation, and the booking app indicated that there were rooms available. The air conditioner was not cooling properly, so I requested a maintenance personnel to check it. They discovered that the filter had not been cleaned.
