Amazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay. Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable. Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. Beautiful place to stay with a great location, clean room and the ambiance was good, even the Hotel staff are friendly.

I really enjoyed the overall service and amenities of this hotel. The staff all the way from the doorway greeted us with their warmest smiles which is really heartwarming. They made sure every moment of our stay was well catered. They were very kind and one of the security personnel lent us an umbrella when we went out for a stroll which was totally above and beyond. I would really recommend this hotel.

My experience is great overall. The staff are kind and nice. Hotel is clean with liquid soap and shampoo and dental kit. Dim lights and water shower heater a bit difficult to use. Hotel building is a bit old. Overall, it is a great stay.

Everything is fine except the fact that they had a maintenance on the property during my stay and there was no water for 4 hours.

The hotel has a nice location surrounded by restaurants. The staffs and guards are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed is big and very comfortable

The location of the hotel is near to restaurants, shopping malls, and bars/clubs. The room is not that clean, it also looks old. The headboard of the bed is quite dusty not well maintained. The toilet and shower is quite old, the heater is very hard to use. Staffs are very polite, and helpful though.

The hotel lobby and hall is too dark. Rooms are too old and some equipment are not working properly esp the switch. I recommend to renovate the hotel. Thanks

很不錯，第一天住了覺得不錯，第二天換了一個酒店，和這個沒法比，果斷再次選擇這個酒店。唯一不方便的就是各樓層沒有飲用水，需要請服務員送到房間，服務不錯，性價比高 了，值得推薦

體驗感很不好 有蟑螂 房間舊 而且床小 又爛 希望來馬尼拉的朋友都不要住在這裏了
