Our first room 4th floor has no internet, the phone was also not working. Went down to the reception to inquire about the internet. They said there were rooms with internet and rooms without internet. They also asked me if I want to transfer to room with internet, which I said yes. (They should've put us in the room with internet in the first place as that was what I requested when booking in the app.). That was before 4pm, and I told them we have an appointment at 5:30pm. They told me to wait in the room for someone to transfer us. We waited more than 30mins and no one came. I went back to the reception to follow up. They said that I wait again. After afew minutes, someone came and brought new card key to 9th floor (farthest room) We went to the new room, but the door won't open. I went down again to the reception to tell them about the problem. That was around 4:45pm, I remind them again of my appointment at 5:30pm. Someone accompanied me back to 9th floor, and saw also that the door was indeed not working. He asked us to wait, and they will give us a new room. That was already past 5pm. Then, they brought us back to 4th floor on a different room, that they said has internet. (Which actually doesn't have). And, that was past 5:30pm, which I said I had an appointment. Also, there were 2 elevators. Only one elevator can go to 9th floor, and that elevator is malfunctioning. So, i need to use the stair to 8th floor and use the elevator from there.
I also asked for an extra pillow, as It shows on the app each room has 3 pillows, and they only gave us 2 pillows. They said only 2 pillows were given each room, and the picture on the app showing 3 pillows were old photos of the rooms. They said I should pay extra for the extra pillow.

My first time to be on a holiday staycation. And i chose solaire north because its near my house and new. Expecting it to be high end just like their branch in parañaque which we experienced staying overnight twice on separate ocassions. But this time my expectations failed me. Though i had sumptuous dinner and breakfast. My stay is terribly bad. Other than the room is so small for a 32,000 charge, it is not sound proof. We can hear sounds from the other room (like cry of a baby). The staff are not well trained. I asked front desk if the ref in the room has sensor just like in okada she answered yes. So i did not open it because we brought in soda in small cooler but after the midnight countdown i opened it i found out its empty (no minibar set up). Cashier at fresh restaurant is slow. I waited almost an hour just to get my creditcard back plus the o.r. I reported the matter to d front desk early hour in the morning. When i checked out as a peace offering they told me i can stay up to 4 pm free of charge. And i answered back you should have told me earlier so i can arrange the time i am going to be fetched. Its really a bad day to start 2025

Its location is also best for the next day not to get late from traffic jams. The place is nice, courteous hotel staff, nice selection of food for breakfast buffet and the rooms are clean. Probably would prefer to stay here again in our next overnight!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe word that best captures my experience at this hotel is 'new.' Being a relatively new establishment, the hotel impresses with its immaculate cleanliness and modern design, evident from the lobby to the rooms. The contemporary style is both refreshing and welcoming.
I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the staff, especially those at the ground floor entrance, including the security team. Their warm smiles and friendly greetings set a wonderful tone for guest interactions, making one feel genuinely welcomed.
That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could fine-tune its services. One area for improvement is housekeeping. While the staff did ensure that the blankets were neatly folded, other aspects of room tidiness seemed to be overlooked. On a few occasions, I noticed that the room was left largely as it was, with not much attention paid to finer details. I understand that the hotel is new, and the staff may still be gaining experience, which might explain these minor oversights. With a bit more focus on these details, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
As for the amenities, they were fairly standard. I was a bit surprised that in-room slippers were only provided upon request, rather than being pre-prepared in the room. However, I must say I really appreciated the room’s design, especially the cozy kitchenette area. Having all the necessary amenities and utensils within easy reach was a thoughtful touch and one of my favorite aspects of the room.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe booked two rooms and our request for adjacent ones are accommodated. We also had a nice view of the chapel specially at night. Every staff was helpful and courteous. The pool was also clean and offered a nice view of the city. Every place we visited in the hotel was clean. Would definitely book again at this hotel.

TTropical NomadA Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip.
The Highlight Reel:
* That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus.
* Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare!
* Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued.
* Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep.
A Few Minor Hiccups:
* Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way.
* Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference.
Overall:
Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

BbryyyyAmazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay.
Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable.
Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. Thanks for the small talks during our time there, these small things really made our stay the best!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel was okay. Carpet old. Some tiles are not well maintained at hallway. Hotel needs good maintenance. Housekeeping takes a whole day before you can see your room cleaned- that time the housekeeping staff also had an attitude. The entire duration of the stay, wouldnt even greet my family because we did a followup on the room cleaning request. Other staff- hotel lobby, guards and bellboy were very helpful and the best plus is youre already at the mall.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
