Homey vibes upon reaching my floor, open hallways with view of the garage/inside parking area. Water refilling stations outside the rooms, pitcher, kettle and coffee&tea available inside rooms. Room is clean and homey. Pillows and bed are too hard, so uncomfortable to lie on bed, and head hurt just using the pillows; opted not to use the pillows and just laid my head on the bed instead; blanket is just a thin sheet. AC is okay but has clicking noises that woke me up in the middle of the night.
Includes full closet, 1 laundry bag, 2 slipper kits, hangers & safe.
Toiletries include 2 toothbrush kits, & 1 cottonbuds kit, shampoo & 2 bar soaps for hand and for shower, 2 towels (1 of them is stained :c). Water is adjustable with hot & cold shower.
Overall, it was a good enough experience, budget friendly hotel, and satisfied with my stay. Problems can easily be fixed by management.

Lokasi sangat mudah diakses, terdapat banyak sekatan seperti tidak dibenarkan minum alkohol dan tidak merokok. Terdapat balkoni tetapi berkunci dan tidak boleh diakses. Perkhidmatan Pelanggan tidak diperhatikan memerlukan banyak penambahbaikan terutamanya untuk mengalu-alukan tetamu dan memanggil tetamu jika boleh 30 minit hingga 1 jam sebelum daftar keluar sekiranya tetamu tertidur. Banyak serangga kecil juga di dalam meja bilik kami jadi ini bermakna ia tidak membersihkan dan membersihkan dengan betul tetapi menghargai bahawa ada tuala, sabun, syampu dan berus gigi juga ubat gigi disediakan. Kedai kopi/bakeshoppe adalah yang terbaik untuk saya kerana saya sukakan coffee latte☕️ dan pai wallnut😋

Good location, a walking distance to MRT station and SM shopping mall where the restaurants are.
We stayed in Suite 1, very good value for money. Very spacious room and bathroom. I liked the extra lounge beside the bed with comfortable sofa, so relaxing. The bed is comfortable. Glad there's a hairdryer. The little refrigerator comes handy in keeping fresh the bottled juice and fruits that i bought.
I am a Filipino, i enjoyed the free breakfast, the choices are adequate. The staff in the dining area where breakfast is served are all very helpful and accommodating. I noticed one staff in particular ”Miel” was the nametag, he never stopped working, cleaning the table, sweeping, he is always there when assistance is needed- very commendable!
The airconditioner which is an old Panasonic model is quite noisy but in fairness, cools the room very quickly. The television showed Apple tv, Youtube, Netflix, etc icons but is not hooked to the internet so it is useless. Only.local channels are operational.
There is a pool on the 2nd floor but the water doesn't seem to be clean.
Overall, my partner and i were happy with our stay. I will recommend Hotel Dreamworld to my friends and if i had the chance to be in the same area, i will stay there again. Thanks for your hospitality.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at HopInn Hotel in Manila! The hotel itself felt brand new and was impeccably clean throughout our 5-day stay.
The location is unbeatable - it's right near two major malls, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Moreover, being within walking distance to the MRT line was a huge plus for getting around the city effortlessly.
I'm already planning my next trip back to Manila just to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in the heart of the city.

My first time to be on a holiday staycation. And i chose solaire north because its near my house and new. Expecting it to be high end just like their branch in parañaque which we experienced staying overnight twice on separate ocassions. But this time my expectations failed me. Though i had sumptuous dinner and breakfast. My stay is terribly bad. Other than the room is so small for a 32,000 charge, it is not sound proof. We can hear sounds from the other room (like cry of a baby). The staff are not well trained. I asked front desk if the ref in the room has sensor just like in okada she answered yes. So i did not open it because we brought in soda in small cooler but after the midnight countdown i opened it i found out its empty (no minibar set up). Cashier at fresh restaurant is slow. I waited almost an hour just to get my creditcard back plus the o.r. I reported the matter to d front desk early hour in the morning. When i checked out as a peace offering they told me i can stay up to 4 pm free of charge. And i answered back you should have told me earlier so i can arrange the time i am going to be fetched. Its really a bad day to start 2025

EEntheosWas a better trip this time, although they no longer have warm water in the pool so that’s the biggest bummer for our trip that’s why 4/5 amenities rate. And the corners of the pool are not entirely rounded yet so be cautious with the sharo corners of the poolside. Overall, their service is still great and staff very accomodating. So still money’s worth.

KKeira M.The room is spacious and clean. I love that they're sustainable. No plastic and they give you water in a huge tumbler which makes perfect sense. Food in the restaurant is good. I guess good location if you meant to be in this area only, otherwise out of the way from main stuff and more residential. Was here to visit local friend so it worked out. The staff here made my stay, they're super friendly and helpful. Joyce at Alejo restaurant spent time on explaining all the local dishes to me and she's so attentive and friendly. And Lordwin too was helpful and friendly. Shout out also to Eddieson from Concierge who was helpful and attentive. I'd come back here again if I ever find myself needing to be in the area. One point of improvement for the hotel is to place ashtray/ trash can out on the street where people can smoke so they're not just littering on the road.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe booked two rooms and our request for adjacent ones are accommodated. We also had a nice view of the chapel specially at night. Every staff was helpful and courteous. The pool was also clean and offered a nice view of the city. Every place we visited in the hotel was clean. Would definitely book again at this hotel.

TTropical NomadA Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip.
The Highlight Reel:
* That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus.
* Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare!
* Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued.
* Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep.
A Few Minor Hiccups:
* Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way.
* Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference.
Overall:
Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

EEndless JourneyThe hotel is clean and still new, just fine and the basics are there. It's budget friendly so don't expect too much. Cignal TV channels, Fast internet and hot shower, liquid soap are there. no bottled water but there is water dispenser at the corridor per floor. no dental kit and slippers provided. there's 7 11 below near the hotel so you can just buy there. Overall, great experience.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
