This is an amazing hotel with high quality service and great location.
Firstly, when we were doing our check-in the front desk informed that due to new COVID cases in Beijing (where we live) the local government requested an nucleic acid test. The staff did everything to help us. They double check with local authorities, called hospitals, booked an appointment and sent an employee to escort and support us (as we do not speak Chinese). They also did their best to obtain the result as faster as possible.
Secondly, to minimise this situation and make our stay better, the hotel upgraded our room and offered amenities.
Thirdly, the restaurant is the best in town, the food is tasteful and the service attentive.
Fourthly, the hotel is located in a commercial area with all the facilities surrounding and in a walking distance (or 5 minutes by car) to the main attractions in the city.
Fifth, the room, lobby, gym and swimming pool are lovely, comfortable and clean.
Our special thanks to the manager-front office Gloria Jing, to Lily Yang and their team. They made our stay in Qufu a must and showed how a superb custom service can make the difference
