The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

I stayed for 6 days and still had enough variety in the menus not to be bored. This hotel being part of the Sarovar chain is a sort of a hidden gem in Raipur.
