It is one of the most beautiful properties in the outskirts of rajkot. Quality of food is average. Staff is friendly. Overall it was a great experience staying in ran violas suite.

Overall, everything was excellent whether you are talking about Mahal Hall, Amenities, Food or Ambience. I highly recommend this hotel for your family events such as Engagement or Parties or even any kind of exhibition. Shivraj, Shivek, Netrpal are excellent in seeing all small details of your function.

My hotel experience was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The rooms were serviced promptly and efficiently, ensuring that everything I needed was readily available. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, especially Swastika, who made the dining experience truly memorable. They were incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was consistently nice to everyone, going above and beyond to serve with a smile. It was evident that they took pride in their work, which added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Whether it was room service or dining in the restaurant, everything was delivered promptly, and the staff always checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall, my stay at the hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rajkot. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, and friendly staff made it a truly enjoyable experience.

I was stay in the this resort in Rajkot, all staff is very polite also food was awesome & tasty, this resort is situated in the heart of the Rajkot, its easy to access all the Rajkot market, we were stayed here for 3 nights, and i will recommend to everyone to this resort, i would specially thanks to Mr. Jagsher Chahal for His good nature and one of the best thing I like about Mr. Chahal is that he meets all his guests and keeps asking them about their experience durinh his stay. First room we were given was unclean and when I opened the fridge there was a MOULDY OPENED sandwich left there! We requested for another room, went to see it, and it was also dirty, DUST everywhere and very stuffy. The housekeeping ***ager saw us and did a U-turn down the corridor to avoid talking to us! Third room had a dirty carpet so they assured us they would clean it and call us back to check. When we went back the carpet still had clothes threads and other fluff which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly! All of this took ONE HOUR to resolve! When speaking with the operations ***ager - Rahul Rao - and explaining that this shouldn’t have been the case and we would like some co****sation for the inconvenience he assured us that he would speak with ***agement and call us back, so he asked for a mobile number which we gave and then told us he would call us back in 30 mins with an update. 30 mins later and no update, we went to his office where he was with another guest so we told him to call us ASAP. He told us he would call us in 5-10 mins. Which again he DID NOT. Another hour later when going to his office to check for an update and query WHY we hadn’t heard anything, he started raising his voice and shouting at me and us!! Absolutely SHOCKING behaviour and attitude towards customers. Clearly he could not take that he had been caught out and not delivered as per his FALSE promises. His ***nerisms were disgusting and incredibly rude, definitely not trained to communicate or deal with HOSPITALITY incidents or situations. After going back to the room we noticed that the bedding had stains and dirty marks, so requested for a clean duvet cover. The boy who came to make the bed didn’t know how to, and whilst laughing was desperately calling someone else for help. When that person came to assist they were still unable to change the duvet cover - this in total took 20 mins, by which time I asked them to leave, and my husband and I made the bed ourselves- only to realise that the new duvet cover itself ALSO had stains and hairs! We asked for another double duvet cover, and received a flat bed sheet, after explaining that we need a double duvet cover again, we then received a single duvet with NO cover. An extremely exhausting and frustrating experience, especially as we have stayed there ***y years ago when it was great! All in all this hotel is an absolute joke, not hygienic, housekeeping staff have no standards, and the ***agement are incredibly incompetent and rude! I would NOT recommend booking or wasting your time and energy at Imperial Palace - you definitely won’t get royal treatment!!! This is more like a one star hotel, we would have been better off in a hostel! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
