Hotel 2 Bintang di Raleigh

This is my go-to hotel when I travel to Raleigh to fly out. It's less than 10 minutes from the airport and is a very clean hotel. The rooms are quiet and the staff is phenomenal. Unless they do something pretty bad, this will always be my go-to hotel when flying from RDU. My only complaint would be the parking. When they have banquets and other events, it's hard for guests to find a place to park. Non-guests should have to park elsewhere to allow those staying there, priority parking places.

If I could give this location a negative 5 if I would. Please do not stay here people. FAIR WARNING This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel motel or nay kind of Inn. stayed at Red Roof for Dreamville in early April and this was the only ”affordable place.” As I look at the current prices per day I see that due to the event, prices were gouged by a large margin. That's not the surprise. This place was infested with roaches and ants. There was rust and peeling paint in numerous locations in the room and sounds coming from the lights. There were serious smells coming from the room like mildew or old over used furniture. The photos in the advertisement are FALSE and give the appearance of something better than it is. I have photos and videos in which i will post if this issue is not resolved. The staff was not present the whole weekend until Monday morning when I checked out and had to fly back home. As someone who has worked in hospitality and hotels for 15 years a full refund should have been offered but instead a very low and unacceptable one was offered. When I refused all communication from their end stopped and I was forced to battle this with my bank. Please advise this company breaks its own policy and does not rectify the situations being made aware by the guest, paying to stay there. Please do not stay here people. This was our first time at this hotel. We were very happy with the check in process, the front desk clerk, Terence Jones was friendly and very helpful with suggestions for dinner, and places to visit. The hotel was super clean, the staff is always cleaning the lobby and the breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was really good, the options are a little above a continental breakfast. The room was spacious, clean; the bed was super comfortable which is very important to us. Great shower pressure and water temperature. I will definitely recommend this property. It was satisfying.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The manager came to my rescue, and ran off a person who was not a guest, but was trying to make me get him a job with my company. They also allowed me to store my travel chest after check out, while at my last day of the convention. Since I had temperature sensitive items in the chest. But the hotel was not good. First thing, we paid extra for early check in. Only to get a room with a huge hole in the wall next to the door. The manager was aware of it, but nothing was done. So we paid extra for a defective room. The bathroom was kinda gross. Built up grime and mold on the walls and floors. The Roaches we saw running around, was an issue.

We stayed there for a night and we loved it! The lady at the front desk was friendly, kind and funny! We shared a few laughs! The room was super big and it had everything! The King size bed was incredibly comfy and we rested and slept like babies. Breakfast was yummy. It had a lot of everything. Hot bacon, yummy potatoes, scrambled eggs, cereals, different types of bagels and bread, jams and cream cheese, waffles, fruit, juices, milk, chocolate milk, yogurt, coffee, tea… and Michelle was lovely! She kept cooking yummy food and asking everyone if there was anything we needed or wanted. Thank you Michelle!! The hotel has a heated pool but we tried going twice and it was packed with families and children so we couldn’t bother. Excellent location and free parking. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed at the hotel from 7 October to 17 October. Every staff of the hotel discharged their duty efficiently and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. But special mention needs to be made about Chef Paula. Her kitchen management was excellent and she took personal interest to see that whatever we needed was provided for. Exemplary devotion towards her work. We wish her all the best for the future.

Upon arriving to the hotel I was very frustrated due to having to sleep in the car the night before! My reservation for 9/12 at another hotel was paid and booked with my last $$! I arrived to the hotel and they turned me away because they were ”Over-Sold” I came into the Extended Stay America and was greeted by the front desk associate. She was so understanding and I appreciated how professional and kind her and the General Manage were! **The room was nice and clean** 10/10
