This hotelis located practically at the mall. Service was excellent. There was 2 events happening at the location during my stay and you couldn’t even tell. Staff was friendly and very professional. They offered ev charging if you really need but it won’t be reasonable or cheap. I’d suggest getting enough charge to get you to a Tesla charger but it was still a blessing to see that it was offered. Rooms were good size, clean, and very welcoming. I will be returning

Ms. Jennifer has been very helpful. And respectful, Very friendly, and funny. She helps out with everything. The rooms are clean. And I like how the rooms are clean twice a week. The showers are great. I like that there is Netflix and streaming channels on the t.v.. in all the service here is great.

We stayed here based on reviews found on TripAdvisor. I agree the desk staff were great. The hotel is clean and the room was nice. We were staying for 6 nights but due to emergency we had to leave 2 nights early and staff was very accommodating. All that being said, we were not impressed at all with the breakfast. Whoever Seeham (breakfast person with great reviews and reason we stayed here) must have left. The buffet was lacking in variety and quality of food. We saw the breakfast lady refill coffee pot once on the first day, she never wiped the counters off and never refilled the pancakes/waffles and we got there halfway through the breakfast hours. The next days were pretty much the same except on the second day I had to find my own utensils in the cabinets and when she finally came to put some out she handled them without gloves. Actually she handled everything without gloves, not sanitary at all. We might stay here again but only for 1 or 2 nights. I won’t stay for more than that.

On the plus side, I would say that the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The bedspread had stains on it. The AC unit was very noisy so it was hard to sleep. The pool was closed and there was no indication about that on the website when we booked the hotel. The breakfast had oatmeal. Everything else was loaded with sugar. There was no caffeine free tea. No dairy free milk. There was no maple syrup for the waffles (which I would have used). I am on a caffeine free, dairy-free, refined-sugar-free diet— In other words, I tend towards Whole foods close to their natural state. So I had oatmeal plain. I had heard that Hilton bought Hampton Inn. They are not doing well by the brand. Overall, the hotel had a feel of being run-down with good maid service and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming – obviously hard-working.

Checked into the Super 8 by Wyndham located at 3801 Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27604 on May 31, 2022 for a 4-night stay to check out on June 3, 2022 fully paid for in advance. I then made a reservation for another night online to check out on June 4, 2022. On Saturday, June 4, 2022 I went to the Front Desk and requested that I be checked out on my prior stay and the stay Folio printed for my records. The Front Desk Manager said it is either her way or nothing. The Front Desk Manager on Duty insisted on simply extending the stay; which I asked that the prior stay be closed. First, she told me that I would have to pay additional deposit of $40; to which I reminded her that I have a deposit of $40. Next, she told me to come back by 2:00pm for the check-in; and I told her that was fine by me as I had some things to do at the nearby Green Road Public Library. You can imagine my surprise when at the Library, on opening my email I found that the Front Desk Manager had cancelled my reservation for Saturday/Sunday stay. When I got back to the Hotel; the Front Desk Manager asked me to go with a trolley to immediately remove my belongings from the room. I requested to speak to her Supervisor; a request she refused. She proceeded to the Room(322) and put my things in a trash bag(both wet & dry) - heap of mess and came downstairs and requested that I remove myself and belongings from the premises. I did and discovered that every other Hotel in the area was fully booked. Waited till 06/07/2022 to bring up the issue with the General Manager of the facility who found nothing wrong with the way I was treated. Thereafter, I decided to share my experience at the facility with the travelling public. NOT A PLACE TO GO!

Floors could have been cleaner, and there seem to be a lot of undesirables that hang around outside - especially at night. But the staff have all been friendly, the room is quiet, and the kitchenette/on-site laundry are really nice to have for longer stays. Location is also pretty convenient, most of Raleigh is only 20~ mins away. All in all, I would recommend for an affordable weekly stay hotel.

It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

MMBooGreat gym, beautiful pool, beautiful common area, this is a really great hotel with nice amenities! They have convenient laundry for guests. The only thing missing is I wish I had been some bottled water provided in the room and I wish they had been daily turn down service, but maybe that is because of the pandemic? It was all great otherwise.

RRae FrykbergWe arrived around 2:30 ish pm and needed to get to our room, order LYFT and go to a meeting scheduled for 5:00 pm. The desk person said check in time is 4:00 but would ck to see if a room had been cleaned and ready for occupancy. He verified one was ready and allowed us to go to that room. We were appreciative of the cleaning staff and the desk person.
All the hotel employees were friendly and courteous. The desk personnel even helped me with getting a Lyft app set up on my phone. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive. There was always a line to cook waffles which caused a back up and slow moving line. Maybe have more waffle irons available. I wanted to order food from a nearby Panera Bread but the desk personnel called and/or looked up on line to find it had closed. She suggested if I placed an order thru the Panera Bread app, the person who drives the shuttle could take me to a different Panera Bread a little further away to pick up the food. I accepted her offer, bought the driver a snack and gave her a tip. I was able to have a wonderful mid afternoon meal.
The beds were very comfortable. I like the bathroom door with ”cloudy” glass which allows light in for use of the bathroom overnight. I like the use of attached to the wall containers of bath soap, etc. which definitely cuts down on use of smaller containers partially used and thrown away.
One important thing we suggest is the street sign for Arrow Street be much larger. Not being locals, the area was unfamiliar with us, there is heavy traffic and the Arrow Street sign is very hard to see.
Otherwise, we were very happy staying in this hotel.

The location was great which made his surprise rose delivery from door dash perfect. Since was also in celebration of my birthday. The breakfast bar was great as well. Thank you again. My wife and I are loyal Marriott customers, so we were delighted when the ballroom dance competition we attended was to be held in the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley. The local is just accress US 70 from the Crabtree Valley Mall and within a few minutes of restaurants, shopping, theaters, etc. We had requested a room upgrade and were given a slightly bigger room wtih two queen beds and a small balcony. The balcony overlooked a roof and didn't provide much of a view. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Because we would be changing outfits during the competition we elected not to have housekeeping. We did, however, order room service breakfasts on the three mornings we were there (other competitors complained of slow service in the restaurant). These was a modest sized desk that my wife used for her ballroom makeup. However, it was not equipped with a lamp which was a disadvantage. In fact, the lighting for the entire room (other than the entrance and bathroom) consisted of a sconce on the wall adjacent to one bed, a lamp between the beds, and a reading light for each bed, which we found generally inadequate for the size of the room. As is the case in most hotels these days, closet space was minimal. The sliding ”barn door” that covered the closet or the small fridge (depending on its placement) had a full view mirror, but was very difficult to slide from one side to the other. The outlets adjacent to the beds had lost their grip, so anything plugged into them was likely to fall out. Several hundred people attended the competition, and we assumed that most, if not all, were staying in the hotel. However, only 2 of the 3 elevators were functioning, forcing many attendees to take the stairs to and from their rooms rather than spend time waiting for an elevator that might be filled to capacity. Be aware that the hotel has a limited number of luggage carts and, as far as we could tell, no bellman service. Some of these concerns would not be issues for the casual traveler, and we found the staff to be friendly, cordial, and helpful.

We stayed here for a weekday concert at the PNC Arena, a pleasant and easy 15 min walk. It is an okay midgrade chain hotel that charges for the access and convenience rather than amenities. We arrived at 5:00 and were told our room was not ready (check in is at 4:00) and got a free coke for our 20 minute wait. It seems they are suffering from lack of housekeeping help and the front desk had no idea what the housekeepers were doing. Everybody who checked in had to wait. The front desk was very friendly but did not seem to be in charge. Since the PNC Arena charges $40 for parking it seems this hotel has just added that to their room price, i.e. an overpriced room for the privilege of the walking convenience. The small bar was overwhelmed by the post concert crowd, but to the lone bartenders credit, she stayed open late (post 10:00) and kept the drinks coming. The room was large and clean after waiting a while for the lone elevator, okay HVAC, comfortable bed, but the pillows were horrible flat chunks of foam. The $10.75 breakfast (mediocre although real eggs and over cooked sausage) should have been included for the inflated room rate. It's worth paying for the convenience for the PNC but we wouldn't stay there if not for that reason. You can find the same quality for less not too far away, but then you'd have a commute and a $40 parking charge. Name your poison.

CChaLoveI enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was great. Service at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Our bathroom light flickered a bit but it was not a big deal. Bed was clean and comfy. Had some loud guests in the middle of the night, but again, it happens. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies handling the food line were friendly and very sweet to us. Thank you.

PPengguna TetamuI felt the need to say a public thank you to Tenia at the check-in. My husband and I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and immediately Tenia explained that a large group had just left and housekeeping was working hard to get rooms ready. She took our luggage and pointed out the bar and lobby area where we could hang. I was exhausted from traveling early and proceeded to the nearest couch. Within 15-20 min Tenia came over and said she had a room for us because I ”looked so tired”. Thank God she did because I proceeded to get a 2 hour nap before our work dinner this evening. I know it doesn't sound like a huge deal but waiting another 4 hours would have been grueling and made dinner not nearly as enjoyable. In this day and time when customer service seems to have been shoved to the back of line and we now celebrate ”just showing up” --Tenia went over and beyond and you can tell she values her customers and her company. She is a fantastic ambassador for the Sheraton brand.

FAIR WARNING This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel motel or nay kind of Inn. stayed at Red Roof for Dreamville in early April and this was the only ”affordable place.” As I look at the current prices per day I see that due to the event, prices were gouged by a large margin. That's not the surprise. This place was infested with roaches and ants. There was rust and peeling paint in numerous locations in the room and sounds coming from the lights. There were serious smells coming from the room like mildew or old over used furniture. The photos in the advertisement are FALSE and give the appearance of something better than it is. I have photos and videos in which i will post if this issue is not resolved. The staff was not present the whole weekend until Monday morning when I checked out and had to fly back home. As someone who has worked in hospitality and hotels for 15 years a full refund should have been offered but instead a very low and unacceptable one was offered. When I refused all communication from their end stopped and I was forced to battle this with my bank. Please advise this company breaks its own policy and does not rectify the situations being made aware by the guest, paying to stay there. Please do not stay here people.
