Ratna residency did not provide us room in their property. We were redirected to another hotel named new island star which was an inferior property. Small room, ditty bathroom. Although we had booked for breakfast too, it was not provided to us.

Even i had requested early check in, they told to wait till 12. I cant do that with family with me. They gave an alternate hotel room with same rate and we 4 adjusted in a single room

The hotel was super clean and all the toiletries were provided by the staff. It is right next to the temple, a big plus point. There are many restaurants near by so there will be no issue about food. Staff was also very courteous and helpful and even provided us with an additional room for some hours since we arrived at property before check-in times.
