Rooms and Bathrooms were not properly cleaned as shown in pics, don't judge by pics given by Hotel , only plus point is near Temple, Breakfast timing was strictly 8-10pm ( We told them due to rush in temple please keep breakfast for us but after reaching 10.15 they told us breakfast finished which was very limited and receptionist told me that restaurant owner is different) so please don't book room with breakfast,in Rameshwaram breakfast fast was cheaper in any restaurant including this hotel . Cockroaches were in the room, tea cups were dirty,no tea cattle in the rooms,House keeping service was poor

What a horrible experience we had with this 3rd grade,dirty hotel. Bathroom filthy,no tissues. Lobby, restaurants all horrible. Did nit even accept credit card. Why ******* lusts such hotel?

Our stay here was really good, the staff was polite, breakfast was fine. The hotel is extremely near to Ra***athswamy temple, it hardly takes 2 mins by back. Shopping location is nearby. We can shop souvenir and jewellery nearby. However, we would request them to work on pest control.

Hotel Ashoka was our pick when we were doing our initial screening of hotel selections and truly it did not let us down. We had booked a family room with Balcony. The room was very spacious with 2 double beds enough to easily accommodate 4 people. Hot water was available 24*7 thanks to geyser. The water cooler was also available at arms length because of which we didn't have to buy a bottle of water. The only thing which lacked in our room was a mini fridge. Coming to the food, the breakfast was really tasty with vegetarian south indian spread. Chutneys will not let you down. Tea and coffee and a sweet was nice. We also had dinner on one day and dal tadka, jeera rice and aloo mgobi sabji didnt let us down. Overall a good hotel with very close proximity to the north gate of Ra***athaswamy temple. (3min walk)

I would very strongly recommend against staying here.
Just some of the shocks we experienced:
- The staff repeatedly lied to us and ignored us as we spoke to them
- The room didn't even have hot water or a real shower
- The hotel doesn't allow guests to pay by card if the card is from outside of India (even though every other hotel we've been staying in allowed it without issue)
- There was no effort made whatsoever to even help us when this happened
- There was no cleaning of the rooms during our stay
- Even the most basic of items we asked for (eg a small bag for our laundry) was met with vicious faces and rude remarks
I would very very strongly advise against coming here. The room was highly overpriced and the repeated lying was so disappointing from a place supposedly offering a service. It has ruined our trip we were so looking forward to.

The stay was from 27/dec 2023 to 28/Dec 2023. There was no tea Kattle in the room. Tea supply was in very dirty cup. When raised the complain, counter person told , it will be like that and if you don't want to stay, you can leave. They also did not supply complimentery water on next day .Very poor hospility

The room was clean, toilet roll was provided, bathroom toilet seats were sanitised. It's a good stay option. Everything was up to the mark. The only thing I didn't like that much was the food, but in food, jain meal was very nice. The best we had on our whole kerala trip.
