We are Diamond Resort Owners, and this was our first visit to this property. We found the front desk people very welcoming and utilized the texting option for service (towels, fire log). The property is well taken care of and very quiet. We were there during a rainy weekend, but we were able to use the pool, spa and BBQ. You are about 15 minutes from Ramona and 30 minutes to Julian. We were unable to use the tennis and pickleball courts due to the weather. The rooms are roomy and well furnished. They have a library of DVDs , which we took advantage of due to the rain. We were told that the rebranding to a Hilton property will take place by the end of summer. We hope to return when the weather is much warmer.
