酒店還算乾淨的，周圍也有配套的簡餐。貌似應該是重新翻修過的，但衞生間的按鈕還保持着原配。在美國住酒店發現很多這種讓人費解的操作。 然後也是房間裏沒有主燈的設計，房間特別暗。白天有陽光還可以湊合，晚上就太暗了。想幹個案頭工作根本不行，也沒有配工作枱燈。 沒有拖鞋，沒有熱水壺，沒有牙膏牙刷，這些都必須自帶！

I was visiting family in the area for several nights and originally booked a stay at a nearby Residence Inn (since I’m a Bonvoy member) and had a horrible experience there, so I checked out of there after the first night and moved to this property – The guy checking me in was great! I told him about the issues with the other property and he actually apologized and was swift getting me checked in. He was helpful with other requests as well. This hotel is actually pretty decent… There are some odd issues, such as guests having vandalized the elevator read out (scraped their names/graffiti into it – why?!?)… Also, there are typically cloth covers over the lights on the ceiling in the halls, but here they’re completely missing and there’s an open frame with fluorescent bulbs – looks odd. Other than that – the room was nice and comfy. Regarding the room, the TV worked well and so did the shower, but the sink doesn’t seem to get hot water – This is actually something I’ve noticed at all the Aloft hotels I’ve stayed in, they do a horrible job of providing hot water. The housekeeping staff seems to do a decent job, at least in the room I’m in. Typical amenities in the room too. Location is much cleaner and safer than across near the airport, but this is less than 5 mins from there – so stay here instead! I would stay here again!

I booked a King guest room on the first floor since I saw the good reviews on here. I was really disappointed. Nothing is free here. You pay for $12.00 p/day for parking, no free coffee or continental breakfast, which I knew, but I figured with the per night rate, and all the extra costs, I would be get a good clean comfortable room for my stay. Nope!! High price room for a bathroom that has bad lighting so if you try to put on your make-up good luck, not even a makeup mirror. Yellow'sh bathtub, mold spots on the shower tiles and curtain liner, which a curtain liner is $1.25 at the dollar tree so you would think it would get replaced. Not to mention I also picked up a few hairs from the shower before using it. NO microwave, the TV placement is off if you try watching TV from the bed, and little Kleenex in the box which emptied after a few uses. Overall, not worth it. I could only tolerate 2 nights. for my last night I went to another Hotel really close by which was great!! They have a FREE coffee station near the lobby area, great comfortable clean room, and bathroom with fantastic lighting and a makeup mirror! And a good size Microwave with all the other great amenities. Did I mention a FREE continental breakfast, ALL for a lower room rate. On a good note, the front desk was friendly.

Love this hotel and staff is great! Easy and smooth check in, room clean and bed comfy! Extra bonuses refrigerator and microwave in room and they offer a very affordable breakfast from 6-930am . A special and heartfelt thank you to their superstar staff Rengie. She’s there to serve you for breakfast and the multiple times I’ve been back she’s always there to help and serve with great warm and care. Please thank her for me management team!
