Hotel 4 bintang Rancho Mirage yang Popular

I wrote a review for this place in 2016 and I raved. This place has gone way down in service and amenities and it is really too bad. The biggest issue is that the villas used to have walking path access to the hotel, which had an additional 3 pools, full service restaurant, and arcade for the kiddos. In some kind of dispute between Marriott and the new owners of the hotel, there is now a metal gate between the properties. The water slide was closed during our Spring Break stay, and will apparently be closed until at least July. There is no longer cocktail and food service at the pool. I was so excited at first when I saw that there were, ”scan to order” signs on the umbrellas around the pool. I placed a mobile order and was informed I could pick up my order at the restaurant in 40 minutes. When I went to pick up, they said they hadn't started my order yet because they had to make sure I was 21 since I ordered cocktails. Why did I wait 40 minutes to be told that??? Ultimately, the room was very nice and the kitchen and bedroom are very nice to have for a family vacation. That said, if I had paid the $300-$500 usual room rates I would've felt ripped off. ”Fortunately”, we got a ridiculous, practically free trip in exchange for attending a 90 minute timeshare, sorry, ”Vacation Club” presentation. It was all sounding pricey but potentially a good deal with all the discounts until we left and read the reviews on Trustpilot and the BBB where thousands of owners have collectively given the Marriott Vacation Club a ~1.5 out of 5 star rating. Owners claim you cannot get reservations at the villas they want despite booking years in advance, maintenance fees are increased every year, and customer service is terrible. If you want to stay at a nice villa with a kitchen and nice pool this is a good option. If you are looking for an upscale resort with amazing service this is not the place for you.

Beautiful and huge resort with 2 waterslides and lazy river. Rooms are big and spacious, but the toilet is too small. There are a couple of restaurants, golf and spa.

Business trip turned pleasure trip. Decided to join my spouse for his business trip near Palm Springs. I was looking for a hotel with clean rooms, that allowed pets with a reasonable fee. Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa went way beyond what I was hoping for. Friendly and helpful staff, bar with live entertainment, game room, miniature putt putt, and plenty of outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Offered the needed security for work vehicle. Enjoyed daily walks on the property. luxury rooms fix for two guest with sliding glass doors to open patio with sitting area. Restaurant food was exceptional, however limited selection and expensive (don’t forget to mention daily room discount like we did). About 30 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, 10 mins to multiple shopping and food locations. A true 5 Star hotel!

Hartanah yang sangat sejuk di atas bukit dengan pemandangan indah dari bilik kami. Perkhidmatan yang luar biasa. Koktel petang percuma di lobi. Banyak ruang untuk duduk dan berehat dengan isteri saya. Semua orang membantu dengan sebarang soalan. Ia adalah waktu musim panas dan sangat panas jadi tidak sesak. Akan tinggal di sana lagi. Kolam renang dewasa yang berasingan sunyi.

The staff are just amazing. They are so helpful. The place is a bit run down. Nice pool. The room was fine and the bath nice. I had a bathtub! The breakfast is ok especially if you like omelettes., Not much Diamond club parking but property not that big.

I stay at many Motel 6 because I travel with my cats and they don't charge for pets. This was was a really nice motel in a good location. I would recommend this location. The staff was very helpful too.
