A repetir. Hotel fantástico. ACONSELHO.

Unfortunately due to the poor decor, cleaning and maintenance this review will not be favourable. The staff were brilliant, the location is nice, very rural. But that is pretty much it. There is too much litter all over the car park area. Maybe have rubbish bins installed in the car park, or have a daily litter pick. The sat nav took us the wrong way, there needs to be far more signs showing the way to the hotel. The building on the outside looks different. But whoever decided to paint the corridors and rooms black needs their head tested! It is very dark when you step out of the lift to go to your room. Once inside the room, the toilet/bathroom areas again very dark, need a headteacher! No need for that. In our room, I booked 3 rooms, the tv was a cheap nasty thing. The remote control had ducktape holding the battery's in place. There one way glass, between the toilet and bathroom was all scratched. When I pay for a nice hotel I want a nice experience. This hotel unfortunately needs a new paint job and the maintenance to be carried out as soon as it's needed. The restaurant area has 2 massive TV's, very Portuguese thing. On mute but I would rather not have them there in the first place. Also, if you are seating next to the main wall, in the restaurant areaz you can hear the water running down the pipes as you enjoy your food! Just don't think about what is running down next to you! And pray there isn't a burst sewage pipe while you are next to the wall! The food, was ok, nothing special. Which is a shame. On the upside, wine was good. Shame they don't sell they wine at the hotel. They have it on show by reception, but to buy it was a very long drive to their vineyard.

Very nice spa hotel in the middle of nowhere. When you think "I am lost" you are probably very close. Very helpful crew. I arrived when the kitchen was about to close (20:00) and they asked me if I wanted to eat and arranged for the kitchen to stay open for me. Spa use is free on reservation. Breakfast is included for this quite unreal low price. Dinner is good quality and the average main course costs 15-20 Euro, a bottle of wine 10-15 Euro. All in all: great service, good beds, nice rooms, good food and very affordable.

Não há acesso ao ginásio, nem pagando o acesso ao mesmo, está apenas disponível para a fisioterapia por indicação médica. Não deviam publicitar valências que não estão disponíveis aos utentes do hotel, nem a utentes sem prescrição médica. A piscina lúdica só é acessível durante 1 hora por dia de forma gratuita, mediante reserva prévia. Aquilo que idealizamos como um retiro de relaxamento e auto-cuidado, revelou-se uma desilusão. O espaço tem potencial, mas está muito mal explorado e comercializado. O quarto necessita de algumas reparações. A recepção tem um atendimento que deixa muito a desejar. O pequeno almoço é bom, o restaurante é razoável, mas caro para o serviço que oferecem. O balanço não é positivo.

A limpeza do espaço estava péssima. Muito pó no ar. Alertamos para a limpeza do quarto mas de nada adiantou! Piscina lúdica muito bonita bem como a envolvente. O hotel tinha pouca higiene. Corredores, pavimentos, elevador completamente sujos.
