Price /quality ration is 7/10. Too noisy outside hotel (back side, parking loud music all night long)

Good location, near to the mall and several stores, the room and the bathroom was clean, but the toiletries were missing in the bathroom.

I stayed at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah and overall had a mixed experience. The price is pretty good, and the location in the city centre makes it very convenient for getting around. I want to give special thanks to the Duty Manager who was working on the evening of 25/09 – he was extremely helpful and professional, which I really appreciated. I didn’t get the chance to use the hotel’s facilities, but the room itself was clean and comfortable overall. I especially enjoyed the view overlooking the city and the mountains, which was a nice highlight. That said, I think the rooms would feel cozier if they had some carpets. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the bed. It was extremely shaky and made noises with every movement, which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there were only two small pillows, which flattened under my head and didn’t provide any support. As a result, I couldn’t sleep properly and woke up at least four times during the night. In summary, the hotel has a great price, location, and service, but the quality of the bed and pillows needs serious improvement to ensure a good night’s rest.

Excellent city hotel with well-designed, modern rooms. It's clean and the staff are friendly (English-speaking). There's a large Manar Mall, supermarkets, and cafes for every taste nearby. The hotel offers a shuttle to the beaches, but we didn't use it, opting for taxis instead. For the price, it's a perfect choice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-kept, making it a great place for both short and long stays. The rooms are spotless with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping is very attentive and makes sure everything is in perfect order every day. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-maintained, which added a lot to the comfort of my stay.

This hotel is right at city center, very convenient, south facing room with great mountain view, service and cleanliness is both very good, I need to check out early to catch sun rise on Jabel Jais, Hotel staff offered me take away breakfast, very thoughtful, Thanks!

Comfortable Stay at Citymax RAK! Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Citymax in Ras Al Khaimah. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location is perfect — close to major attractions and the beach. There was a slight delay in the room service when ordering food, which could be improved, but overall the experience was pleasant. Great value for money — I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Was good washroom was clean and bed was comfortable but the room smelled like cigarettes

This day was nice very close to the market and it has quiet room with great view. Also, the location for the restaurants are very close.

Ideally this is a good hotel for those not looking for anything luxurious, the location is excellent, the staff are friendly but I don't recommend it for their cafe as it is expensive, there are many restaurants around and malls where you can have a nice meal there.

The app is worse because the booking process doesn't allow cancellation. Why?
