"I stayed at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah and overall had a mixed experience. The price is pretty good, and the location in the city centre makes it very convenient for getting around. I want to give special thanks to the Duty Manager who was working on the evening of 25/09 – he was extremely helpful and professional, which I really appreciated. I didn’t get the chance to use the hotel’s facilities, but the room itself was clean and comfortable overall. I especially enjoyed the view overlooking the city and the mountains, which was a nice highlight. That said, I think the rooms would feel cozier if they had some carpets. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the bed. It was extremely shaky and made noises with every movement, which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there were only two small pillows, which flattened under my head and didn’t provide any support. As a result, I couldn’t sleep properly and woke up at least four times during the night. In summary, the hotel has a great price, location, and service, but the quality of the bed and pillows needs serious improvement to ensure a good night’s rest."

"Our stay at The Anantara Mina Al Arab was a fabulous experience. From the moment of check in, supported by Mr Soliman who was thoughtful, friendly, professional and helped to make the entire stay a memorable one, to the moment of check out. The resort is stunning from the entrance, location and lobby to the pool, gym, beach and gardens. Details are beautiful and in keeping with the resort theme. A two night stay felt like a week long unplug from the world, surrounded by the beauty of nature and enhanced by the architecture, design and details of the resort, the food and restaurants were good too. We would definitely like to return."
