Hotel Ras Al Khaimah dengan Kolam Renang

We stayed in the family Villa with pool view. The staff all around the hotel were amazing, assisting us at all times and making sure our stay was most comfortable. They have many pools situated at different locations around the hotel but the pool where we stayed has the coldest temperature which was perfect for this hot weather. You can hop on a buggy to get around or take a stroll to any place in the hotel. The beach is calm and perfect for a relaxing time. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was a wide variety and the food was excellent.

What an amazing experience! In this review I’m only talking about things we did. There is plenty more we couldn’t do as we only stayed 2 nights. First let’s cover the resort: The resort itself is very luxurious and massive. The villas are huge (we stayed in the Al Rimal Villa)! Having your own pool (very private, no one can see you) is so nice, especially if you have kids who are in there constantly. We were two adults with 2 kids, 12 and 2. There are several restaurants but only 1 is open for breakfast and lunch (can be increased in my opinion, especially the farmhouse should be added). Unfortunately several things are only happening on weekends so try to include the weekend to be able to experience all the offerings. To get around the resort, you can either use the bicycles or the buggy. As we stayed in June, we used the buggy mainly as it’s super hot throughout the day. However, we did cycle in the evenings and during the day a couple of times. There are wild animals all over the resort. They just come and go as they please. Everything feels very authentic and true to its surroundings. Nothing is staged. If you like to see Camels and Onyx close up on your way to lunch or in the evening when cycling back to your room, you will love this place! Let’s look at the Restaurants. Farmhouse - this is a great restaurant right at a waterhole which is beautiful in the evening and a place where a lot of animals gather. The food, drinks and staff were great. This was our favourite restaurant. However, only open for dinner. Shame! Kheela - this is the only restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It’s nice with an Arabic vibe. The food is good (not amazing). The one thing that makes this place very special is the staff. They are sooo friendly and helpful. They loved playing with our little toddler Max. They truly made the experience special for us. I’d like to call some of them out by Name: Wandy, Hemal, Sujala and Susmila. I only put those down as they written their name on my partner’s birthday card but all of them were amazing. In terms of activities: We did the nature drive and camel sunset ride. Both are amazing! During the nature drive you get a real feel for the desert, it’s animals and plants. If you are lucky, you get to hand feed the gazelles. The ride itself is very intense with lots of up and down and many many bumps, so not suitable for small children in our opinion. The Guide, Martin, was great! I can highly recommend him. We also did the rainforest experience which is very lovely. We recommend at least 2 hours. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every bit of it! It’s also super kid friendly so highly recommended for families. The staff make this place truly special and add to the the overall experience. We can’t thank all of the staff enough for taking such good care of us.

Great stay as always! Front office staff was super friendly and accommodating. Hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the 2 malls. I had a very short stay but will definitely be back

Our stay was very relaxing. The room assigned to us was very clean and with a nice view. After our longvtravel from Al Ain, we reached @ 1415H and was entertained as soon as we approached the reception. A very accomodating and friendly staff assisted us. Fast service with quality. Room nice and clean welcomed us. Overall experience was worth the value. Thank you very much, my birthday getaway turned out very nice. 😊

كل شي رائع جدا المكان نظيف جدا والموظفين خدومين جدا واخلاقهم جيده جدا والابتسامه لا تفارق شفاهم الموظف محمد بالاستقبال يستقبلك بكل احترام محترم وذو اخلاق وطيب جدا يفعل مابوسعه لينال رضاك شكرا لك محمد اما الموظف امير لم يعجبني ابدا لا اخلاق ولا احترام للسائحين او الزوار حصل معنا موقف كان ابن اختي وابن اخي زائرينا ولكنه لم يدخلهم بسبب القوانين يجب ان يسلمونه الهويه حسنا لا باس ولكن لم يتم التعامل مع الموقف باحترام او بالتفاهم لا يريد ادخالهم ثم ادخلهم وكانت خالتهم معهم وارسل ورائهم الحارس ماهذه التصرفات المقيته وارجعهم الى الاستقبال بصفة ان يتم رؤيت هوايتهم اذا لما ادخلتهم لما لم تتصرف من البدايه بكل تفاهم واحترام حتى اتى الموظف مصطفى وتعامل معنا بكل احترام وتفاهم شكرا لك مصطفى اول مره يحصل معنا هذا الموقف كل فندق ذهبنا اليه الاقارب والاصدقاء يحضرون ويذهبون ولم يتم السؤال ولم يتم اخذ هوايتهم لماذا هذا التصرف لماذا هاذا القانون لديهم وليس لدى كل الفنادق لا اعرف حتى ف وقت الكرونا لم يصادفنا هذا الموقف مع احترامي للفندق كل شي رائع ماعدا هذا القانون المقيت وعمال النظافه تنظيفهم للغرفه رائع جدا الموظف مرزان محترم وطيب وخلوق شكرا لك ولكل العمال والموظفين انه فعلا مكان رائع للحجز وتغير الجو اعجبني كل شي كانك خارج الامارات والفطور رائع جدا شكرا لكم على استقبالنا بكل احترام وعلى النظافه والخدمه الرائعه انصحكم بزياره المكان لن تندمو فعلا

On January 27th, 2024, my daughter Hannah Gabriele Buan Espino celebrated her 18th birthday at Ras Al Khaimah Hotel, where the venue was Saqr Hall. After the event, we received extremely good feedback from our guests about the food served. They said it was really amazing, cooked fresh and clean. Also, the venue and room was stunning and all the staff were very friendly, with good manners, and very helpful. My husband and I are extremely happy about the feedback and would like to give a BIG thanks to all the team and staff of the hotel, especially Mrs. Thess, who patiently assisted us with all our inquiries and Mrs. Juliet also helped us with room bookings. Amazing Team! Keep up the good works, and may God Bless you all.

Overall, it was a good experience, but need to have more check-in counters, extended hours for swimming pool use, and should have entertainment shows and activities like other 5 star properties, especially on weekends.

The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.

لم يعجبني الاقامة ابدا السرير مقابل باب الغرفة اي اي شخص يفتح الباب ممكن يشوفك ونحن كمسلمين محجبات شي جدا سيء الامر الثاني اخذت غرفة مع افطار الافطار من اسوء مااكلت المخبوزات واضح جدا انها قديمة وتم فقط تسخينها لتقديمها لنا الفاكهة كمان غير طازجه لم يعجبني شي صراحه الشي ء فقط الجيد هو الطاقم صراحه كويسين من الاستقبال لخدمة الغرف صراحه كان خيبة امل الاقامة بهالفندق
