The hotel is a bit old but come with 2 queens bed, good for family of 4. Receptionists is very friendly and nice

The hotel is good location. Inside mall, nearby outside resto. All in walking distance. The room is big ie value for money.. clean and spacious room.

First time stay in hotel on Seremban town. Overall very good experience with Palm Seremban hotel. Hotel staffs are very friendly and very responsive on enquiry, room services, counter reception and breakfast restaurant. Room space was big enough for 2 queen beds, very comfortable for 3/4 adults, beds were clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, sufficient choices of good and nice food. Restaurant was cozy and relax for dining. Unexpected good experience for a short 2 trip in Seremban !

Repeated stay, overall comfortable stay. One of the day I left in the morning and indicate room service needed, and came back at night only to realized the door was not closed and locked after service, my room was open the whole day through. Luckily i do not lost any expensive belongings, but imagine what other people can do, as the hotel is above a crowded shopping mall, where the entrance or lift to the hotel do not have restricted access for public, people can go in and hide inside, or set up hidden camera, or any unimaginable behavior. Complaint to the lobby counter 1st thing in the next day morning, staff politely apologize and lodged a report. Came back that night to find the room service that day is not up to standard compare to the previous 3 days. Plastic water bottles were not collected, 3-in-1 coffee and tea were not replenished, new plastic water bottles are crumbled that it can barely stand on it own. After finished drinking 2 bottles only realized when i opened the caps, it doesn't felt like its attached to the seal ring, could be recycled bottle with tap water in it, or just my imagination. Either the room service staff is retaliating or simply service not up to standard.

The place is apparently old and smells old too. The parking is at level 5 which is quite an effort to drive up there. The car park entrance is stink because the rubbish dumping point is next to it. Had to wind down the windows to tap my touch and go card without choice.

Deluxe rooms suitable for families with 4 pax. Just a bit noisy when the top floor moves the table or chairs. The sound can hear it. No sound proofing.

Spent a day at the hotel with my family while visiting relatives in Nilai and Seramban. Rooms were big and its good that they have interlinking rooms for families. Only quirk is that hotel parking is on 5th and 6th floors via a spiral ramp that is likeliest the intentionally made roughest ram that I have used.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The most unacceptable part was that although we booked a double room for two persons, they only provided one toothbrush. I tried calling housekeeping, but the phone rang for a long time without anyone answering, and eventually, the call was disconnected. The room had many light fixtures, but only two were working. The rest were out of order, making the room extremely dim and uncomfortable. The soundproofing was terrible — we could hear constant stomping and jumping noises from the guests upstairs, which was very frustrating and disturbing. The bathroom was in terrible condition. Every time we showered, the water overflowed and would not drain properly. There were visible mold stains around the bathroom area. The toilet itself was filthy and disgusting to look at. Although this is supposed to be a 3-star hotel, basic amenities were severely lacking. Normally, hotels of this level provide face towels or hand towels, but here, there were only two bath towels and nothing else. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff at reception counter not friendly, unhelpful. Need improvement to give better service to hotel guests.  Not knowledgeable about the surrounding area around the hotel.

Convenient, good location next to Palm mall. Rooms smells musky and toilets looked like it wasnt cleaned for a while.

The hotel is ok. The room is big and clean however, there is a kind of unpleasant smell. A lot of parkings at level 6. Bfast is cheap but the variety is not many.

Poor hygiene in the room and bathroom. Visible dirt on the edges, water marks streaking on the shower glass wall. I understand this is a 2/3 star hotel but hygiene should be the basic for any hotel.

Wifi not stable and toilet flush not strong enough. Overall ok in this location
