What a great experience staying here! Super welcoming and great customer service. We arrived early and were able to get into our room after a long long travel day from Toronto. The room was clean and very comfortable. And the bunk beds/room was perfect for our family - everyone had a bed! Highly recommend staying here... an easy walk to the town center and great restaurants.

I like the format of B&B hotels - basic hotels built on cheap land, usually next to a railway track (as in Lubeck) and with a room code instead of a card. This B&B was only a 4 minute walk from the station, my room (as is usually the case at these hotels) was basic but spotlessly clean. Breakfast (€10.50 extra) was good. The only slight ****** would be that to enter the hotel you have to walk through a car park which is not very well lit at night. Overall, a very good, basic, clean and modern hotel.

Hier passt Preis-Leistung einfach nicht zusammen! Das Hotel ruht sich auf der Lage und Therme aus. Voller Erwartung und voreingenommen reisten wir an, haben extra vorher keine Bewertungen gelesen um nicht voreingenommen zu sein. Wir kamen ins Zimmer, dieses total Old school ist. Der Teppich war verfleckt, die Tapete war voll mit Tomatensuppe vom vorigen hast. Die Zimmer sind wirklich renovierungsbedürftig. Im Frühstücksservice herrscht keine Struktur, ebenso im Kaffeegeschäft. Lange Wartezeiten. Da musste man aufjedenfall nachbessern. Der Koch morgens beim Frühstück beim nachfüllen, die Schale Melone vom Buffet genommen, diese war noch halb voll - wollte er nachfüllen. Ganz nach dem Motto in der Schale sein noch Platz wurden hier einfach andere leere Schalen eingepackt zum Transport in die Küche... Dieses geht für ein 5 Sterne Haus absolut nicht. Desweiteren sind Würstchen, Rührei und Bacon kalt, dieses wird absolut nicht warmgehalten. Am Wochenende half der Hoteldirektor mich, gehe ich zumindest davon aus das er es war. Diese Hilfe führte aus unserer sicht eher nur zum Chaos. Das ganze Serviceteam arbeitet aufmal sehr unentspannt, es klappte nichts mehr... Fazit: Viel Geld bezahlt und einen schlechten Service gehabt. Leider war es das Geld absolut nicht wert...
