It's a great place tucked inside forest like area. About 15mins drive from city center. The resort is spread over a large area, full of trees and provides for a quiet ambience amid nature. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have balconies offering a view of the forest. Restaurant serves good and reasonable food But is only thali (Fish/Chicken/Veg) and needs to be ordered an hour in advance. The staff is super good - very polite and ever ready to take care of any of your requests to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable

Cleanliness is good, taste is average. Ambience and Service - Hotel provides average ambience and service. It is a good hotel for quick stay of 1 - 2 days or for business purpose. Let me start off by saying that the property is great. Its situated just far enough from the hubbub of ganapatipule but not so far as to pose a constraint in exploring the town. The proximity to malgund beach is also a strong positive and their beachside restaurant is very well positioned. The property itself is very serene and has umpteen variety of flora to make you feel close to nature. The room itself i felt was overvalued. We paid just over to 5k per night and the room just didnt live up to that standard. It was big and spacious and also had a balcony with a decent view however there were stains on the bottom part of the mattress and the overall cleanliness of the room, while above average, was not on par with the pricing. We were upgraded to a villa since the room complex had no more guests and this room had a more rustic feel with a much taller ceiling. However the bathroom was a significant downgrade over the previous room. The food at both the restaurants was just about average and the breakfast was below average. Overall the resort is only a good choice if you can get the rooms at a lower rate between 3. 5-4k.

Hotel admin and facilities: Smooth check in process, parking is not bad (you may have to come to reception and drop your luggage and park aside), good open areas, dining areas, pool(infinity pool but no view as such) and indoor games with gym are available. Rooms : Big size with balconies. We took deluxe room facing pool on first floor. Comfortable beds. There was hot water available, good part is they have separate wifi for each room. TV recharge had to be requested. But it was done after half an hour. Note: for pool facing room, ask for balcony without coconut tree in front, it might block the pool view Room service : is good. For few orders in non peak hours, they may take time. However for dinner etc, the service was quick and waiters are hard working. Breakfast spread: very okay. Not the best. Basic bread butter, three Indian items (poha/upma/idli/meduwada/potato wada) , boiled eggs, potato wedges, sprouts, beverages etc. You get omlette or dosas in live counter. Definitely would have liked some bakery items, muffins or desserts for the cost we pay at this 4 star property. Variety should be there. Overall stay was comfortable, staff is decent, distance from temple and beach is less than 3kms. Would recommend
