Hotel berhampiran Macelleria Emiliani di Emiliani Massimiliano, Ravenna

This is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and there is excellent wifi connectivity. The building is organised around a shady courtyard and is full of fascinating antiques and art. You are only c. 10 minutes walk from the station, a huge choice of places to eat and shop and also most of the main UNESCO sites - which are simply wonderful. At breakfast there is a wide choice of food and great coffee. Our hosts were very friendly, extremely helpful and made us welcome. I truly can't think of any negatives. We will certainly stay there again.

Abbiamo prenotato l hotel tramite booking, la receptionista che ci accolto davvero gentile , ci ha spiegato come funzionava il tutto e ci ha permesso di pagare dopo la sistemazione in camera. L hotel si presenta un po malandato , la camera , anch essa datata con le finiture molto vecchie . Partendo dal bagno , la tavoletta era rotta o meglio un gancetto lo era , il silicone con la muffa .. inoltre non era idoneo perché essendo addibito per i non abili, aveva un specchio rivolto verso il basso, di conseguenza ci dovevamo abbassare per specchiarci. Per quanto riguarda camera, i letti niente di che. La colazione nella norma. Per quello che abbiamo pagato in un giorno in mezzo alla settimana ci aspettavamo un po di più. Allegherò foto

September 2023 Today is September 9, 2023. I booked two rooms months ago. I took the train down from Venice to Ravenna to get on cruise ship tomorrow. I had the paperwork for two rooms saying confirmed. One king and one Presidential Suite. They only had me down for one room. Why? I don’t know. I literally called a few times before the trip and sent an email. They say they felt it was only in regard to the one room. They wouldn’t do anything for me even though I had all the proof of two rooms booked. They said they were all booked. Even though it wasn’t my fault and I came from another country all the way here to have no room. I asked if I could stay in the other room I booked and they said no cause we already had 4 people in there. So they try calling another hotel. They find a room that is way more expensive than the one I booked. My husband found a room across town at another hotel. Get this they call me a taxi and don’t even offer to pay for it. We have to pay for it. Also we arranged a shuttle to pick us up tomorrow morning there and take us to the cruise. So we will have to pay for another taxi back to this hotel. This is the worse service and lack of compassion I have ever had dealing with any hotel. They were not professional at all. I would give a lower score if I could. Maybe others have been treated well here but we were treated extremely bad. Where were we suppose to go if we hadn’t found another room at a different place? UPDATE The next day when I went back Antonio gave me 20% of my sons room which did help but being worried about possibly not having a place to sleep was not good.

The B&B Hotel is in a residential area of Ravenna, 5 minutes to the centre of the city by bus or a 30 minute walk. There is a large free car park. Our room was clean and comfortable with a small bathroom, all modern and functional. The compact buffet breakfast area was well organised with a reasonable supply of cereals, cold meat, cheese etc. and self-serve tea and coffee from a machine. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Beer and soft drinks were available from a vending machine. Several family restaurants and cafes were within walking distance.

Di passaggio per un evento a Ravenna ho cercato un hotel con parcheggio, perchè non mi andava di lasciare la vettura in strada. Ho così optato per questo hotel situato appena fuori città. Proprio adiacente alla basilica di S.Apollinare in Classe. Dall esterno, a prima vista, sembra solo un ristorante/pizzeria ma... Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dal calore e dalla gentilezza tipici di queste zone. Caratteristiche estese a tutto il personale. L albergo è piccolo, dispone di sole 10 camere e due suites, ma è molto curato e, sopratutto, pulitissimo. Per accedere alle camere si passa da una porta a vetri comandabile con chiave elettronica della camera e salendo una comoda scala. Non presente l ascensore. La nostra camera era una matrimoniale classica, non grandissima, ben insonorizzata,con pavimento in ceramica (no moquette) col suo piccolo bagno, ben curato, con rubinetteria in ottone anticato. Letto matrimoniale, comodo, cuscini bassi ma raddoppiabili, armadio a muro, minibar, tv, e impianto di climatizzazione autonomo. La colazione è tipica a buffet con dolci fatti in casa davvero ottimi. Anche le cene sono state ottime anche se il cuoco e stato un po' abbondante col sale, ma il tutto è passato in secondo piano grazie alla simpatia e cortesia della Sig.a Angela che ha fatto del sorriso un plus fondamentale nel suo lavoro che svolge con passione. Nel complesso una ottima soluzione sia residenziale che gastronomica, a prezzi accessibili, condita da gentilezza, simpatia ed accoglienza. Consigliatissimo

Struttura che domina la strada che porta al lungo mare,quindi nella stagione estiva beato chi vi pernotta,nella stessa vi sono piccole botteghe e alcuni ristoranti,farmacia,pizzeria,supermarket,tutto a portata di mano,con la super Osteria Moriconi a due passi,ho pernottato per più di un mese per lavoro,e sono stato molto bene,con tutti i comfort a portata di mano,colazione abbondante,disponibilità da parte del personale,svago con biliardo e calcio balilla con angolo bar aperto,consiglio vivamente .!!

We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. Room was a really good size with balcony. Breakfast was fab! Fresh pastries / croissants etc, yogurt, fruit, breads, cereals, granola, biscuits, ham, cheese, eggs. There were options for everyone. This hotel is not double glazed so you could hear outside cars passing down the road and your neighbours when they spoke! Loved the walk to the beach which was opposite the hotel. Through a pine forest. It was beautiful. The beach area is amazing! Pure sand with kids play areas and lots of bars / restaurants. This hotel is ideal for families with young children as it had a great soft play area for the kids. The park looked great but was roped off so we couldn’t use it unfortunately. There were a few kids bikes, scooters & ride ons for the kids to use outside. A few arcade type games and pool table inside. Bikes to borrow. Swimming pool area needed a clean up, not sure if this was because it was beginning of the summer season. Furniture was unclean and needed to be washed down, patio needed sweeping. The water was cold. The kids still had a dip!

The building is monumental, the staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. There is a wide range of possibilities for activities in the hall, a heaven for children with a Vespa and a piano included. Our room was simple, nice and clean, suitable for a family with many children. The breakfast was rich and delicious. There is a patio surranded by the building. Our children had so much fun running around there. The whole atmosphere is so friendly and peaceful. I wish we could have extended our staying.
