The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, not too soft. The breakfast was good, the croissant was good. Can request vegetarian sausages.

Very nice clean hotel would definitely stay there again. It was also nice getting a free upgrade on the room. Witch had kettle, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The room was like your own flat. Only down side to it was the shower was pretty crap. But you can put up with it for few nights.

Nice hotel, really helpful reception staff. The room was cold but the reception ladies helped me suss the heating. The TV kept cutting out every few minutes. Great breakfast. If you want a big night out, stay here on a Saturday night as you can check out at 3pm. If you have an early start I would avoid as the internal noise of people coming in late and banging doors/street noise is loud.

Two lifts out of three not working. Remaining one had no light except the glow from the control panel. We were floor 9. Lift took us to 4, then 13, then 10, then 4, then basement, and back to ground floor. My wife has claustrophobia and does not like small dark enclosed spaces. Helpful staff led us through to next-door Ibis where lifts were working and illuminated, and gave us a card to use them. Price of Snickers bar and similar items is £2.49. Costs 99p in small store just along the road. Room was OK when we finally got to it, but initial experience puts us off using Novotel again.

Service is good View is river view Car park , u need to pay for it n it is not free. Not including breakfast Next to Thames River, it is the closest way to join the cruise. Food is excellent Location is in the town and middle.

the second i checked in got a very warm welcome from Safia and Prachi which made me feel very happy and is clear that the staff care about their jobs, even though the staff where polite the food was undercooked on multiple occasions during my stay which had also made vomit, i personally think the managers should be more on top of food quality.

My second time at this hotel. Great service from mohammed if i remember the name corect. Please keep up the fantastic customer service. My family and i are greatful for being able to sort out what was a nightmare into a peaceful check in for us. Shout out to the duty manager at night on 29.3.2024. Overall great facilities, great service. Great food.
