The hotel is in a good location, on the seafront, but the service at the reception left something to be desired, there were several problems with my room and no one could resolve them and they even said if I wanted I could cancel, which doesn't matter to him. But since I bought it with Trips, they didn't solve anything and even said if I had bought it with them it would be easier.

Localização sensacional! Café da manhã sensacional! Instalações sensacionais! Camas sensacionais! Chuveiro sensacional! Limpeza: deixou a desejar um pouco no quarto. Um móvel tipo prateleiras que tinha na parte superior das camas, tinha muita poeira. E as janelas devido a maresia são bem embasados, porém a aparência que passa é que não são limpos adequadamente e com frequência.

Amazing resort! It has Great food in buffet and specialties and buffet. Quality drinks (wines, wisky, beers, drinks, natural juices, vodka etc) and good entertainment! Banda Zero Bronca was outstanding! Kids had great time with several activities with recreational team. Facilities are new and clean. Warmful crew

The room was fine, average. The hotel lobby is being redone. It will probably be nice when it's done. The front desk spoke OK English, but it was pretty hit and miss otherwise. The restaurant was meh. The location of the hotel isn't all that great. Seemed safe enough, but there wasn't much nearby in terms of restaurants and, even though the beach is right across the street, it doesn't seem to be a popular part of the beach. At least when we were there. So, an average place in a location where there isn't much around it.

The most incompetent desk staff I’ve ever encountered. Beyond inept. - unable to process an invoice - unable to correct the expenses in error - unable to add my address to the bill - all of this over a 30 minute wait My advice: avoid unless someone else will go through the agony of paying your bill at check out

the worst Mercure that I never seen.. (I travel a lot ) everything is old and broken, walls, plugs, bathroom, spa closed, restaurant closed … I went downstairs to share my sadness, I saw the incapacity of the poor guy! ( professional anyway👍🏻) He tried to show me another one, but it was similar. Actually the hotel is in refreshing, but please! Close it! We pay full price ! For half service can’t stand that , All Accor group allow it!? Yes beach is very closed, butit does not make everything!

This hotel is in an excellent location. Service and staff were very good. My main issue is that due to it being in the beachfront I found the bed linen to be too humid for my taste. Maybe having the air conditioning on could help although I understand the cost

We tried to check in from website as it stated we could but was not able to. When we checked in the concierge was rude when I inquired why. It seemed like nobody even checked our room before we entered. Because the shower door was missing and water was flooding into the bathroom. Cob webs and spider on mirror in bathroom, also mold. Our room window was broken and we could hear all of the traffic and noise from the street. The lights were broken and when I mentioned all of these problems to the front desk all they did was fix the light. Finally after bringing to attention the third time on the second day middle of the night they finally moved us out of the room. Into a room that looked like the photos of the room we thought we booked……. The only reason I give two stars is because of the view, and the breakfast we had every day was delicious. They were not receptive about our unpleasant stay, we will not go back or recommend to our friends or family.

I understand the hotel is under renovation but currently it is extremely expensive for the condition it is in. The reception is dated and has an overpowering air freshener smell. I later realised that this is to cover the damp/mould smell. Various areas of the hotel have a damp smell. There are drips of water in the corridors coming through the ceiling. Our room was dated and scruffy (see photos). The air con was old and hard to control, water dripped through vents onto the floor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the sheets were old and worn with some small rips. The bathroom was fine. I requested a duvet for my childrens bed and they just provided additional blankets. Apparently they is only one duvet per room and no additional ones available! My parents in law room had an overpowering mould/damp smell on request the were moved to another room. There was no duvet supplied and they were cold, when they requested one they were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside. Breakfast was ok. Some glasses weren’t too clean lipstick marks etc. The gym is also under renovation it’s very small, no windows and quite airless. It’s full with four people in. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this hotel, hopefully it will be nice when the renovation is complete but they have a long way to go.
