A good hotel if you need to stay in Red Deer. Rooms were clean, lobby lounge is a nice place to relax, food is pretty decent and not overpriced. Staff were very accommodating and professional. They went the extra mile to secure a last minute dinner reservation for a party of 14. There were some noise issues on lower floors (according to some others in our group) but our floor was blissfully quiet (save the noise from the elevators). Overall a good stay!

3.5 stars, rounded up. Service was friendly. We were fortunate to receive an early check in. Our room was small (as was the fridge and TV) and but the beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower water pressure and temperature was great. Room was very warm, even when we lowered the temperature as much as possible. Breakfast was decent. Overall, an okay stay.

It was an amazing stay. Rooms were clean and beds comfy and that is really all i look for. But the staff were great, friendly and helpful. The frontdesk staff were efficient and fantastic. Top notch service. Highly recommend!! Breskfast has plenty of selections
