My stay at Pollos Hotel & Gallery Rembang was truly amazing! 🌷 The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a calm, elegant atmosphere. A special thanks for the delicious dessert they gave me on my birthday 🎂 — they really don’t miss a thing! The price was incredibly reasonable, the location was superb, I was also impressed by the hotel's facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

The sanitation is quite poor, the sheets and pillows are not clean, the bathroom is hard to describe, the towels are black, the facilities are rusty, the taste of breakfast is hard for Chinese people to accept, the fruit is not sweet, the drinks are too sweet, Indonesians are used to it. The hair dryer needs to be borrowed from the front desk.
