Hotel berhampiran Wat Buraparam, Renu Nakhon

Room worn, not clean. Not good value for money. Common areas and elevator smelled. Easy access to Tesco, which may be the 'view' mentioned. Location ok, but there has to be better choices in area. Breakfast adequate, but typical 'western' style breakfast, two eggs, some hot dogs, sliver of processed ham, white toast and salad. Rice porridge also available.

ทางครอบครัวเคยมาพักที่นี้เมื่อประมาณ 5-6 ปีที่แล้วโดยพาญาติไปพักด้วย 10 คนได้ แต่การเดินทางครั้งนั้นส่วนตัวไม่ได้ไปด้วยจึงเป็นการเดินทางไปเที่ยวนครพนมครั้งแรก ในการเลือกพักที่นี้เนื่องจากครั้งก่อนที่ครอบครัวมาพักแจ้งว่าดี เลยโอเคลองดู....ไป Checkin ราว 2 ทุ่ม (โดนโทรหาประมาณ 2 รอบ สอบถามเรื่องเวลาที่จะทำการ C/i ซึ่งก่อนหน้าก็โทรไปแจ้งเองแล้วว่าเข้าพักช้าหน่อย คอนเฟิร์มการเข้าพักแน่นอน...จึงมีความเห็นว่าไม่ควรโทรตื้อบ่อยๆ เหมือนอยากกลับบ้าน) Checkin ของวันที่ 25/01/2566 (1คืน) มีพนักงาน 2 ท่าน ส่วนตัวคนตัวเล็กๆ ใส่สูทสีดำ ไม่ค่อยมี service mind แต่พอถึงห้องพักอะโอเค ทุกอย่างดี ห้องดี วืวดี เลยโอเคนะ R228 เลยมองข้ามเรื่องต้นๆ ไป *** จนตอนเช้าของอีกวัน ตื่นเช้ามาทำบุญและเข้าห้องอาหารเลยประมาณ 6.40 น. (คนแรกๆ คนแทบไม่มี) ก็ยื่นบัตรให้ ผช.ที่รับบัตรทางเข้า สักพักนี้หยิบกล้องมาถ่ายบรรยากาศห้องอาหาร+ไลน์อาหาร ไม่ติดหน้าคนอื่นใดๆ (เพื่อจะส่งให้ญาติที่มาครั้งก่อนดู ให้ได้ดูว่ามาพักที่นี้แล้วนะ ห้องพักโอเคเลย อาหารมีประมาณนี้น้า ไรงี้) สักพักผู้ชายที่รับบัตรหันมาละพูดใส่เราเสียงดังว่า ห้ามถ่ายนะครับ ถ่ายไม่ได้นะ คือออออออ เราเสียเงินมาพักนะ ไม่ได้มาขอกินฟรี ถ่ายรูปอาหารไม่ได้เลยหรือสงสัย เป็นเพราะอะไร? มีเหตุผลอะไร? กฎอะไร? การถ่ายภาพและสามารถแนะนำต่อๆกันไป เป็นสิ่งดีกับโรงแรมด้วยซ้ำ? ใครจะมาลอกเลียนหรืออย่างไร? อาหารก็ทั่วๆไปอะ? เสียความรู้สึก เคยทำงานโรงแรมมาก่อนใน กทม.ด้วยซ้ำ ไม่มีกฎอะไรแบบนี้นะห้ามลูกค้าถ่ายรูปไลน์อาหาร (ดีด้วยซ้ำมีรีวิวจากแขก) ? มาครั้งแรกและอุตส่าห์เลือกที่นี้อะ แบบเกือบดีแต่สุดท้ายการบริการที่ได้ไม่ดี.....แต่ตอน Check Out คนรับพูดจาดี มีมารยาท

物超所值 房間很寬敞，設施齊全，雖然略顯老舊但都很乾凈整潔 關鍵是超級實惠 一天一百出頭還要什麼呢？位置很方便，步行三分鐘有咖啡廳 餐廳 小賣店 按摩小店， 步行七八分鐘內能到小超市和711，那裡晚上還有夜市，十分鐘左右到怕能佛塔景區，酒店的服務人員都很和善，工作認真負責，有的會點簡單英文，有的會點簡單中文，溝通沒有什麼大問題，很贊。門衛是兩隻可愛小狗狗，小的那隻很安靜，大一點點的刀子嘴豆腐心，愛叫但其實很親人🤣出酒店一直向東走二十內分鐘就到湄河邊了，照片基本都是酒店附近二十分鐘左右距離內的。

An acceptable place to stay for a few nights. Location is a few kilometers outside of the city center/walking street area. The sister hotel, R2, is located right behind so you have that option as well. There's generous parking and hotel grounds are maintained and tidy. Check-in is a bit stiff, receptionists doing the bare minimum and hardly saying anything. The room was perfectly fine with good cleanliness and comfy bed, everything is still in quite nice condition. However, walls are paper thin so can't say the room felt private as the soundproofing was so poor you could hear people cough in the adjacent room and lean against the headboard of their bed which was against the wall—just to give you an idea. Also found that the bathroom had a strange odor, perhaps coming from the pipes. The hotel has a coffee shop, Japanese restaurant, and a rooftop bar/restaurant; the latter was always empty and staff would be lounging outside, leaning against the railing and eyeing guests from above. Even when we went upstairs, no one said a word or approached to welcome us, so we ended up going someplace else. At the time of our visit, breakfast was closed and had been since the pandemic. Reception isn't available 24h but there's a guard on duty at night, we checked-out at dawn and found the guard sleeping soundly on the sofa in the lobby.

Sadly, this hotel hasn't kept up with maintenance during the pandemic. We were misled by pictures and old reviews. Our room was absolutely filthy, covered in cobwebs and dust, spiders and insects were all over the floor and walls. Bedlinen and towels were old and stained. It looked as if the room had been unvisited for ages. We asked to change rooms and received another one in the exact same condition. We let housekeeping in the next day to freshen up the room and learned that they only do the bare minimum, remaking the bed and doing a quick sweep, surfaces aren't wiped down filth is left as is.

This hotel has, defintely and no doubt, the best pool in town. Although is not very clean. the glass limiting the pool is dirty and this is not desirable to enjoy the views. Good thing is the bar, the ”cloud 67a” that is fantastic and they have very nice food and good coffee. Rooms are very basic and no views. They are not spotted clean but correct. The price, depending on how you hire the room can vary from 1100 to 2500 or 3000 that is totally unaceptable for a only river view room with no more amenities or specials. Will defintely go back if the pool is clean if not, I will continue staying somewhere else and will go there only for a cup of coffee if it is not crowed. Thank you so much and hope this helps

We arrived at the hotel and have been greeted nicely. The room was ready, despite our early arrival. We did get one to the suites, which was good, as a family of 4 would have a difficult time to stay comfortably in the standard room. The suite was nice, comprising of 1 living and 1 bed room separated by the bathroom. Only downside was, that the room was on the ground floor and close to the car wash of the PTT next to the hotel. Therefore it could get a bit noisy during the day. The included breakfast was nothing special, but the restaurant was not able to handle that all guests having breakfast at the same time. The view over the mekong river is nice and we could directly walk out into the garden.

สระว่ายน้ำสวย คนเล่นน้ำเยอะ ยังกับสวนน้ำ เสียงดังไปนิดนึง แต่ชอบมาก การบริการดี จองผ่านเว็บไซต์เนิ่นๆราคาไม่แพง เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก เป็นสระว่ายน้ำได้ไหว้พระธาตุพนมได้ไหว้พระศรีสัตตนาคราช แนะนำเลยค่ะ จะกลับมาอีกครั้งหนึ่ง

Stayed in February 2022 for 2 nights, the staff gave the room to us even though they knew that the toilet lid was not tight, until checked out they still hadn’t fixed it. Breakfast has a bread zone, orange jam, strawberry jam, steamed rice, egg fried rice, 2-3 more menus to be chosen. egg zone, fried egg, omelet, etc. boiled rice, vietnamese noodles. fruits are quite fresh and clean. Pure water, orange juice seemed like they mixed with many brands. Fresh milk, cornflakes, quite a variety, food are okay. Good location, next to the Mekong River walkway, there is a 7-11 next to the hotel, opposite the hotel there is a parking lot which quite spacious and comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, not far to drive and look around. there is a walking street just 3-5 mins drive. Stunning view of Makong river if requesting a room on the river side.You will see the sunrise, cool breeze, and there are bicycles to borrow to ride. There are many restaurants nearby good for dinner, gas station. it takes about 20-25 minutes to drive from the airport. If renting a car, do not fill up the oil here. the oil will reduce 1 mark and be fined from the company you can’t say you won’t pay because you have limited time. Go to fill up near the airport.
