"moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. The GRO, Holiday, was especially helpful and always attentive to our needs throughout our stay. All the staff were brilliant with both us and our children – a special thank you to Adam, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt at home. Bubble was also amazing with the kids, and they absolutely adored the Mini Club! The activities were engaging and fun, and Nindi not only ran great sessions with the children but also looked after us so well outside of Mini Club too. The food was excellent – with a great variety of both Chinese and Western dishes to suit all tastes. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked again to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommended for families!"

"The location is relatively biased, the surrounding scenery is general, and it must be more beautiful in autumn. The overall industrial style is very unique, but unfortunately, maybe because the cultural town has not developed, the supporting facilities are general, and the facilities are slightly outdated. The room is spacious, the light is good, and the sunset is very charming with the mountain view. The hotel staff was very good. When I booked, I paid attention to the surrounding difficulties to take out, but the lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant was very pleasant, the price was right, the taste was good, and the breakfast was average. Overall, it is recommended, I hope that the surrounding area can slowly develop to drive the quality of the stay. Come back to play when you have time in the maple leaf season."

"The room is as clean as ever, especially the hot spring water is great, the skin feels smooth after soaking in it, and there is no limit to the number of times the water can be poured. It is very convenient to go to Yudu Mountain and Longqing Gorge. It is also very close to Yanqing Wanda and convenient for eating. There is also Jiangshuiquan Park behind the hotel where you can go around. All in all it's good."
