"We had a fantastic stay at the Toy Story Hotel! The whole place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. The Toy Story theme is carried out perfectly throughout the hotel — from the rooms to the lobby, everything feels immersive and fun for both kids and adults. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and full of charming Toy Story details that really brought the magic to life. The themed decor made it feel like we were stepping into the movie! Overall, it's a great choice for families or any Disney/Pixar fan. Highly recommended if you're visiting the nearby parks!"

"I arrived late because I drank too much at a social event. I woke up late because I slept late. I didn't really get a good look at the hotel's view that night. I stayed in a second-floor special offer room, but the loft-style layout, Xiao Qiao's chic, didn't detract from the experience at all. In the morning, I wandered around the courtyard, feeling like I'd discovered a paradise near Hongqiao. Through the glass window, I saw a first-floor garden-view king-size bed room. The air was fresh and the slightly Japanese-style semi-privacy was something I must experience next time. The wabi-sabi-style furniture and the rustic-style courtyard all reflected the owner's refined taste."

"This marks my fifth stay at a Disney hotel, and my immediate impression, right from arrival and interacting with the staff, was a significant improvement in service compared to previous visits. Staff proactively came from quite a distance to assist with luggage (something they didn't do previously). There was a welcome towel service upon entering. Many front desk staff remembered my previous visits and still thoroughly explained the park/travel arrangements. The housekeeping staff on my floor always greeted me and even made cute towel animals, like bunnies, when cleaning the room. While the hotel is a bit dated and the rooms are small, this is understandable considering how long it's been operating. However, the dining service and food quality have noticeably declined. The breakfast charges are akin to a luxury 5-star hotel, but the food quality is more like a 3-star establishment. Noodles were pre-cooked and left sitting, and the fried eggs and omelets were dry. The only palatable item was the fresh greens, which were at least fresh. The food definitely wasn't worth the price charged. Many of the predominantly Chinese dishes felt generic, like something from a regular 3-star hotel, offering no 'wow' factor. Interacting with Mickey for photos was also disappointing; the staff lacked enthusiasm and their service attitude was mediocre. It felt like they just wanted to get the photo taken, with a 'take it or leave it' attitude, as if any extra word to guests was a waste of time. This particular area needs significant improvement. I urge the hotel to enhance both its food quality and overall dining standards. Any commendable service, which might garner a rating of 3/5, entirely came from the housekeeping staff."

"Playing all the way, staying at dusk, the scenery is so beautiful, watching the sunset at night and watching the sunrise at night, the customer service staff is also very caring, the club manager Hu is also very warm and thoughtful, thank you 🙏"

"The kids were looking forward to it, but from the moment they walked in, they were disappointed! First of all, the house is next to the main road, so it was very noisy at night; secondly, the wood smell was strong, and it felt like the house was moving when you walked on it; thirdly, the details were not in place, you had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste yourself, there was no comb, and the washbasin was leaking and not fixed... The breakfast was mediocre, and many of them were not hot or cold. In short, I felt disappointed after the whole trip!"

"A resort recommended by a friend, bring the family to Jinshan to play here, the hotel environment is very good, the rooms are single-family villas, the front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, introduce us to the travel guide around Jinshan, the hotel is very close to the fishing village. It takes less than five minutes to drive. The sanitation in the hotel is also very good, the beds are very comfortable and soft, the hardware facilities are also very good, not only there are conference rooms but also mahjong tables for leisure and entertainment with friends."

"I chose the resort on Ctrip during the National Day holiday. It takes 3.5 hours to drive to Chongming Ecological Island. The traffic is very congested during the holiday. The resort is quite large, with complete entertainment facilities, kayaking, swings, children's playground, lawn, fishing, camping, RV camping, KTV, billiards, etc. There are barbecue, Chinese food, tea, a small shop, bonfire party in the evening, and an open-air cinema. The room is a homestay, just clean. The service is warm and thoughtful, and there are small gifts."
