Hotel berhampiran Linde der Theologischen Hochschule Reutlingen, Reutlingen

wir haben das hotel via hotels.com gebucht. es war auch das einzige, das uns in reutlingen angezeigt wurde... lage: im industriegebiet. nichts schönes. ca. 20 gehminuten inst zentrum. für unsere bedürfnisse war es ok. zimmer: wir haben ein zimmer mit jaccuzzi gebucht. das zimmer war sehr gross, genauso wie das jaccuzzi. soweit so gut. aber: jaccuzzi wurde wohl nach den letzten gästen nicht geputzt/desinfiziert. man konnte klar flecken etc. entdecken die mit einfachem putzen beseitigt werden könnten. das zimmer ist wie gesagt, gross, aber lieblos eingerichtet. es wirkt alles sehr kalt. Sauberkeit: es war ok sauber (abgesehen vom jaccuzzi). hätte aber besser sein können. ausserdem: am morgen wurden die ”betten gemacht”, sprich die decke kurz aufgeschüttelt, kissen etc. wurden ignoriert. personal wird nicht mehr als 5 minuten im zimmer verbracht haben. Betten: viel zu weiche matrazen. ich hab selten so schlecht geschlafen und werde wohl einen chiropraktiker brauchen, um mich wieder herzurichten. personal: freundlich wenn man was braucht, aber grundsätzlich ”abwesend”. man fragt sich konstant, wieso sie eigentlich ein hotel führen. bestimmt ist da keine leidenschaft mit dabei. beim auschecken grosse verwirrung weil wir über hotels.com gebucht hatten. es war nicht klar, dass die zahlung über die buchungsplattform laufen sollte. wir haben natülrich kein zweites mal gezahlt... durften dann auch gehen, aber es wirkte alles sehr inkompetent . dazugehöriges restaurant: knapp besser als ein döner-take-away. frühstücksbuffet lieblos hergerichet, hat aber alles was man braucht (brötchen, müsli, früchte, kaffee) alles in allem: für diesen preis darf man definitiv mehr erwarten!

We are experienced in traveling both for business and pleasure! The location is exellent for shopping but nothing more! We got the most out of the experience, had a good time together, spend a lot less time and money at the hotel than usually, as I must say this was a quite disappointing experience and an expensive one too. On the good side: The hotel is located close to the shops and hotel has free parking. The late arrival with no staff works great! The ugly: Usually I would give the hotel a chance to comment before a review, but during the stay we gave the hotel several chances to fix for the many mistakes. We had specifically asked and paid for an Atelier room in our booking and one of the several phone calls and dialogue we had prior to arrival was to make sure we got the right room. We got an old studio located on the first floor, no openness to fix this at front desk at all so we put on a smile and got the best out of it. We booked a dinner reservation weeks ago for 7pm, the front desk did not know about it, but apparently fixed this! When we got to the restaurant, we got the same table as another family with kids and with no social distancing. Asked for a different table, plenty free, or to sit at the bar, come back later, but no! The cozy romantic dinner turned into rushing through courses with kids at the table meals arriving before drinks etc. And the 4 course meal with welcome drink turned into 3 course meal without! The compensation of free limocellos (which we was not asked if we would like) did not add up for it. And with hair in main course we just wanted the dinner to end sooner than later! Next time we will go for the half price options and other hotels in the area located just as good or simply choose to stay at the excellent 3 and 4 star hotels at Stuttgart! We will absolutely not be back. And why is that: we felt that if you are a non German, you will be treated 2. And the attitudes of some staff members are not for the service business.

Wir bewohnten ein Zwei Zimmer Studio ! Dieses war top modern ausgestattet. Die Studios sind mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche bzw Essecke und Bad ausgestattet. Alles war super gepflegt und sauber Alle zwei Tage kommt das Housekeeping und wechselt Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Wir waren extrem begeistert und kommen garantiert wieder .

Ich war für einen kleinen Kurzurlaub in Tübingen, um Freunde zu besuchen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Neckar, parken kann man zu Sonderkonditionen im nahgelegenen Parkhaus, in 2-3 min ist man zu Fuß in der nahe gelegenen Altstadt. Zimmer sind schön und funktional eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett, ausreichend Platz für Kleidung im Schrank und auch viel Platz im Bad - die Dusche könnte nur etwas größer sein. Frühstück hat alles was man braucht, ich konnte mein Rührei individuell bestellen, das hat mir besonders gut gefallen, auch, daß ich draußen auf der Terrasse mit tollem Blick dabei sitzen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und man hatte nie das Gefühl, einfach nur ”abgefertigt ” zu werden, wie es bei Kettenhotels oft der Fall ist. Gerne wieder!

我們是約晚上8點多到達, 前台沒有人, 只有門口的一部機械, 要入密碼才可以進入. 我們在門口找了很久才打到電話打給客服, 他告知密碼後, 我們試行操作, 但可能天氣太凍,只有約-4度, 試了幾次都感應不到, 還不可以一直試下去, 要等機械閒置約1-2分鐘才可再試, 最後試了很多遍後, 終於成功了(感謝主). 這酒店應該家庭式管理, 分開2橦, 一橦的門口就是在大門旁, 而另一橦的門口是在進入餐廳後的一道門後, 有點迷失. 讚賞點: 房間整潔和比其他酒店是較大的. 早餐雖然食物不多, 但要有的東西都是有的, 味道很好.

This is a terrific hotel. When you stay, recognize that it has a minimalist charm, but the lobby, breakfast area and inside the room are all well done. It is very quiet although tucked away in an industrial area. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any question or request. In addition, there is a large bakery and Rewe supermarket within 7 minute walk from the hotel. There are nearby restaurants, but be aware most take only cash. Also, there is a reasonable airport shuttle that is better than Taxi prices and they will charge your hotel room. The bed was firm, but that is my preference. Everything is clean and very very comfortable. Also, important for me, the AC worked excellent! I like my room a little cool and the AC was marvelous. In Germany local hotels often don't have AC or quite weak AC. This is a ”Diamond in the rough”

The hotel location: It has direct access to main road which runs through train station and towards stuggart. So not a problem in finding it. About 1.5km from train station. For grocery shopping there is kaufland on street backside of it for which you could also access a 2min by walk pathway in front of tesla office (yes they opened one). The room: The room I opted was double bedroom without kitcehente. The room was small but still spacious for one person, with a TV, window opining for fresh air and sunlight, the bathroom is ok, the shower area much bigger than other hotels (where you would otherwise have struggled to move your hands around in other hotels). Only difference to other rooms which had option of kitcehente is that the entry area near door is bit wide in those rooms (though it's just wash sink and one microwave for the sake of kitcehente) One thing which I didn't like was that the bed was actually joined by 2 wiggle beds, made the sleep uncomfortable, would have preferred one queen/king bed. Service/Staff: Had opted for room including breakfast in the price. So was expecting that they charge total bill amount in all and don't charge separetly for breakfast in bill (treat as complimentary in that room price), but staff didn't understood and did separate charges for room and for breakfast. Was a bit inconvenience. General view: The hotel has a bar at reception, breakfast area is big and worth price to pay extra except for vegetarian as nothing apart from juice and fruit/joghurt. Good ambience, enough free space outside. Overall satisfied with my stay, except that it's little away from train station and the breakfast billing (not a deal breaker for me).
