Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, modern eingerichtet und waren absolut sauber. Die Betten sind o. k., wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Servicemitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, die Abwicklung lief völlig reibungslos. Das einzige Manko sind die Parkmöglichkeiten. Zum Ent- und Beladen des Fahrzeuges mussten wir im Halteverbot neben dem Eingang parken, weil der einzige hoteleigene Parkplatz neben dem Eingang bereits belegt war. Unser Fahrzeug mussten wir in der Nacht auf einem, für Hotelgäste reservierten, Parkplatz 300 m entfernt in einer Seitenstraße abstellen. Kaffee gibt es für Gäste rund um die Uhr kostenlos. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, können also zur weiteren Services nichts sagen.

Ich war für einen kleinen Kurzurlaub in Tübingen, um Freunde zu besuchen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Neckar, parken kann man zu Sonderkonditionen im nahgelegenen Parkhaus, in 2-3 min ist man zu Fuß in der nahe gelegenen Altstadt. Zimmer sind schön und funktional eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett, ausreichend Platz für Kleidung im Schrank und auch viel Platz im Bad - die Dusche könnte nur etwas größer sein. Frühstück hat alles was man braucht, ich konnte mein Rührei individuell bestellen, das hat mir besonders gut gefallen, auch, daß ich draußen auf der Terrasse mit tollem Blick dabei sitzen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und man hatte nie das Gefühl, einfach nur ”abgefertigt ” zu werden, wie es bei Kettenhotels oft der Fall ist. Gerne wieder!

Wir bewohnten ein Zwei Zimmer Studio ! Dieses war top modern ausgestattet. Die Studios sind mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche bzw Essecke und Bad ausgestattet. Alles war super gepflegt und sauber Alle zwei Tage kommt das Housekeeping und wechselt Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Wir waren extrem begeistert und kommen garantiert wieder .

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer mit Balkon) hatte eine gute Größe, bequeme Betten, ein schönes Bad und einen ordentlichen Balkon. Der Service war sehr nett. Die Lage war hervorragend für unsere Zwecke. Die S-Bahn mit Linie zum Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig zwei Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Auto braucht man zehn Minuten zum SI-Center und man ist auch nah an der Autobahn. Das Frühstück war den drei Sternen auch absolut angemessen. Parkplätze waren vorhanden, sowohl in der hoteleigenen Garage als auch in der anliegenden Eisenbahnstraße. Stuttgart ist allgemein sehr teuer, dafür war der Preis verhältnismäßig auch absolut in Ordnung. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Garage/der Straße helfen da natürlich zusätzlich.

This hotel is excellent as a home base, when you visit Tuebingen and the area. It is conveniently close to the train station and in walking distance to all the sights in the old town. Our room was comfortable, clean, and the sound insulation is excellent. You do not hear the noise of the road or the trains. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is available at 18 Euros. This may sound high, but it is excellent, and you can forget lunch! For persons arriving by car it is somewhat awkward to get to the hotel. Tuebingen's building sites all over town are an exercise in frustration for locals and visitors. Nevertheless this place gets high marks for friendly, helpful staff, location and comfort!

我們是約晚上8點多到達, 前台沒有人, 只有門口的一部機械, 要入密碼才可以進入. 我們在門口找了很久才打到電話打給客服, 他告知密碼後, 我們試行操作, 但可能天氣太凍,只有約-4度, 試了幾次都感應不到, 還不可以一直試下去, 要等機械閒置約1-2分鐘才可再試, 最後試了很多遍後, 終於成功了(感謝主).
這酒店應該家庭式管理, 分開2橦, 一橦的門口就是在大門旁, 而另一橦的門口是在進入餐廳後的一道門後, 有點迷失.
讚賞點: 房間整潔和比其他酒店是較大的. 早餐雖然食物不多, 但要有的東西都是有的, 味道很好.

PPengguna TetamuSchon der Empfang durch Herrn Tammam war überaus herzlich! Das Hotel strahlt in allen Bereichen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und sehr sauber. Die Minibar auf dem Zimmer steht sogar kostenfrei zur Verfügung und das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze im Hof. Mein persönliches Highlight war die Geburtstagsüberraschung: Eine Flasche Sekt, Muffins, Kerzen und alles begleitet von einem Geburtstagsständchen durch das Team - einfach der Hammer! Hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here as part of a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated. The staff member who checked us in (Lyubomir Ivanov) was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was a good size and also nicely decorated. The mirror however was in a strange place – right next to the door and not by the dressing table which was a bit awkward. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was large. The do provide an all in one shower-bodywash, and a hairdryer is in the room. The TV was big and had a variety of channels. There was some issues with the window that few in our party had trouble with. You cannot open it, you need to get a member of staff too, even though it only opens a little, and then ask them to close it too. There was also unfortunately no kettle. They provided you with one small bottle of sparkling water (in a double bedroom 2 would have been better). The bed was comfortable however I did find it strange having 2 separate duvets on a double bed. There is also NO SAFE. Overall comfortable but a kettle would have been appreciated for boiling water. Breakfast was ok. A selection of teas, coffee and some juices. No cooked food. A few cereals and the yoghurt/fruit was nice. Disappointed there was no hot food, and there was only rolls of bread (no toaster), and a few croissants – that were not replenished. For the number of guests there, especially on our second morning, I would have hoped more would have been supplied and maybe even a bigger variety of pastries. There is NO BAR here – drinks and snacks from a vending machine are available, (‘wine’, beer, soft drinks, prosecco and a couple of spirits with mixers). However this was not restocked, but when we did ask at reception and Lyubomir restocked it straight away and said we could pay for a few warm ones now whilst we wait, with a bucket of ice, which was very kind. Very annoying that the tea/coffee machine had no teabags by it throughout our stay, so paying for a hot water – I was lucky I had my own teabags! Also, what I found strange was the lift you could only access your floor or the ground floor with your keycard. This was to avoid customers going on other floors. A bit of a pain if you are staying on a separate floor to your travel companion and have forgotten something, so have to go to the ground floor, meet up and then go back to your room! There is also have a pool table you can use. Also, to presumably cut staff costs – there is 1 to 2 people available on check-in – and they leave the hotel by 11pm. After that there are no staff available. Overall the room was nice, staff were friendly and it is a short walk from a couple of restaurants. However due to the lack of a bar, lack of staff availability and breakfast not being the best, I wouldn’t stay here again for more than 1 night.

Ttuuf3Sehr gutes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Wir haben dieses Hotel für einen Kurztrip gebucht. Alles war einfach perfekt. Personal an der Reception freundlich und hilfsbereit , Zimmer sehr sauber und optimal ausgestattet. Nun das Sahnehäubchen. Vom Betreiberehepaar haben wir trotz der mühseligen und fraglich sinnigen Corana Auflagen ein Frühstück bekommen welches seines Gleichen sucht. Einfach top. Hier waren wir nicht zum letzten Male.

PPengguna TetamuAn die Reception, Ich hatte mit meinem Sohn ein Doppelzimmer vom 5.5.bis 7.5.23 gebucht. Wir reisten am Freitag gegen 19 Uhr an. Durch die Unerfahrenheit ihrer Receptionistin ist uns ein finanzieller Nachteil von mind. 76,-€ entstanden: 1. Als ich am Samstag um 8.00 unsre AlbCard's abholen wollte, sollten diese erst um 14.00 fertig sein, vielleicht auch schon um 9.00!! Da wir bis dahin aber schon Kloster Bebenhausen und die Stadtführung Tübingen eingeplant hatten, mussten wir diese mit insgesamt 2x6+2x10€ selbst bezahlen. 2. Als wir am nächsten Tag die Hohenzollernburg besichtigen wollten, wurde die AlbCard nicht alkzeptiert, weil sie nur vom 6.5. bis 7.5. ausgestellt war, also nur eine Übernachtung. Mehrkosten: 44€. Wie ich beim Auschecken erfuhr, dauert das Ausstellen der AlbCard nur 10min!! Da dieser Lapzus auch eine Frage der Ausbildung ist, kann ich Ihrem Hotel nur die schlechteste Bewertung geben. - Derkostenlose Parkplatz hat so wenige Plätze, dass man die Tiefgarage für 9.-€/Tag benutzen muss.

Wir waren früher schon oft in diesem Hotel, einige Jahre, immer wenn wir in Reutlingen weilten. Es war früher nicht so modern, dafür aber gemütlich und alles lief herzlich und gästeorientiert ab. Perfekt für einen kurzen Trip. Wir kamen immer gerne wieder! Jetzt sind die Zimmer aufgehübscht, schön und neu, das Facelift hat uns gefallen…die Bäder sind noch immer die alten… aber damit hätten wir leben können. Nicht leben können wir mit desinteressierten Mitarbeitern am Empfang, die im Vorfeld freundliche Anfragen desinteressiert und frei von Verbindlichkeit abarbeiten, sich bei Ankunft nicht um ihre Gäste kümmern, vor uns ihren Feierabend diskutieren und dabei unsere kleine Bitte um Unterstützung ignorieren, um danach direkt pünktlich in den Feierabend gehen. Meine Kreditkarte wurde belastet, mit 2x Frühstück, das wir nicht hatten, was im Vorfeld telefonisch besprochen war. Ein erneuter Hinweis darauf bei Anreise wurde abgelehnt! Eine Rechnung haben wir nicht erhalten und bis heute keine Reaktion auf unsere Anfrage per Mail zur Klärung dieser Situation. Also nein, ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich nicht empfehlen und muss in Reutlingen zukünftig woanders übernachten. PPengguna TetamuThe Hotel states 4 stars. Definitely not 4 stars. No aircon in the room only a little fan. Due to extreme heat I had to have the window open. My room was directly under the outdoor seating area from the restaurant meaning I had to endure extreme loud noises from some very loud party guest extremely late in the night , on Thursday I couldn’t take it anymore and I put a complaint in at reception in the middle of the night. I don’t see how it’s allowed to be that loud after a certain time in the night. The room is dirty. The pillows with feathers stink and need changing for good. The toilet brush is full with dirty water standing in the toilet brush container , absolutely disgusting and gross. The bin in the room has never been wiped from the inside and how you can see on the pictures it’s stained with hairs and some other disgusting stuff. Please don’t advertise 4 stars. 4 stars means something different then this place. The outside entrance is untidily and unkept with cigarette buds on the floor extremely uninviting .I must say that the staff in the restaurant is friendly and the restaurant serves good food. Would I stay there again ? Definitely not under no circumstance. It’s manky , outdated and just not worth the money considering you can go in to Reutlingen and find something far more better for the money close to the city centre.

PPengguna Tetamuwir haben das hotel via hotels.com gebucht. es war auch das einzige, das uns in reutlingen angezeigt wurde... lage: im industriegebiet. nichts schönes. ca. 20 gehminuten inst zentrum. für unsere bedürfnisse war es ok. zimmer: wir haben ein zimmer mit jaccuzzi gebucht. das zimmer war sehr gross, genauso wie das jaccuzzi. soweit so gut. aber: jaccuzzi wurde wohl nach den letzten gästen nicht geputzt/desinfiziert. man konnte klar flecken etc. entdecken die mit einfachem putzen beseitigt werden könnten. das zimmer ist wie gesagt, gross, aber lieblos eingerichtet. es wirkt alles sehr kalt. Sauberkeit: es war ok sauber (abgesehen vom jaccuzzi). hätte aber besser sein können. ausserdem: am morgen wurden die ”betten gemacht”, sprich die decke kurz aufgeschüttelt, kissen etc. wurden ignoriert. personal wird nicht mehr als 5 minuten im zimmer verbracht haben. Betten: viel zu weiche matrazen. ich hab selten so schlecht geschlafen und werde wohl einen chiropraktiker brauchen, um mich wieder herzurichten. personal: freundlich wenn man was braucht, aber grundsätzlich ”abwesend”. man fragt sich konstant, wieso sie eigentlich ein hotel führen. bestimmt ist da keine leidenschaft mit dabei. beim auschecken grosse verwirrung weil wir über hotels.com gebucht hatten. es war nicht klar, dass die zahlung über die buchungsplattform laufen sollte. wir haben natülrich kein zweites mal gezahlt... durften dann auch gehen, aber es wirkte alles sehr inkompetent . dazugehöriges restaurant: knapp besser als ein döner-take-away. frühstücksbuffet lieblos hergerichet, hat aber alles was man braucht (brötchen, müsli, früchte, kaffee) alles in allem: für diesen preis darf man definitiv mehr erwarten!
