Ulasan Hotel Klettur

Hotel stay and check-in staff is friendly and helpful. However, the staff who on early morning duty(28.11.2024) rude and cheated on us for flybus arrival time. He booked us a taxi to main station, pretending the flybus pick up was late and he don't know what happen,I've booked for flybus hotel pick up, when he knew flybus pick up time is usually within 15mins(I've confirmed this with FLYBUS staff, they told me hotel staff usually know about this). Never believe this front desk staff (didn't get his name but I remember his on duty time/date). I think the hotel should look into this matter seriously.

是在冰島第一晚住的酒店，位置不錯，在市中心！含早飯，種類很多，可頌超好吃。也有專門的地下車庫 不用擔心停車的問題！

位置有些難找，附近在修路，導航不太好使，到的第一天天黑了轉了好幾圈，但是有地下停車場，可以先去辦入住，需要房卡才能刷開地下車庫的門，附近走路兩三分鐘就有小豬超市，很近很方便，早餐也很豐富，其實蠻好的。

挺滿意的一間酒店，唯一不好的是櫃枱服務員有點種族歧視。話説我們抵達酒店時是中午12點，然後試問櫃枱可以提早進房間嗎？她説必須等到3點，現在沒有房間給我們，我們聽了也接受了，就出去吃午餐，午餐回來再問她，那時候已經2點了，她還是説沒有房間給我們，那我們就坐在那裡的沙發上等的時候，有一對洋人夫婦也是來住，她就馬上給他們房間了，我同伴看到很生氣，她看到我們看見跟着也不好意思的讓我們拿鑰匙進房間了。我覺得這樣的服務態度真的把這麼好的一家酒店給降價了

環境衞生服務都比較符合預期，離大教堂十分鐘左右步行距離，雷市一些中心區域都可步行到達，早餐比較常規，性價比應該算不錯的酒店，畢竟冰島的酒店價格擺在那裡。

방 깨끗하고 넓었어요 시설도 나쁘지 않았고요 조식도 종류가 다양하진 않지만 그럭저럭 괜찮았어요 근데 호텔 중정이 공사중이라 시끄럽더라고요

前台服務在冰島是最差，住了四天永遠不會再住。接待人員的臉、説話比當地的天氣都冷跟欠她（他）****似的。

位置方便，去bus stop很近，方便參加周圍的短途遊，周圍也比較安靜。但是房間面積比較小，早餐還ok。

Hôtel bien située juste à côté du centre. Chambres simples mais suffisant pour un court séjour. Personnel agréable. Garage sous terrain disponible mais plein lors de notre arrivée. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue contre paiement.

位置還是挺好的，離雷克市中心的商業街很近，周圍步行幾分鐘範圍內就有很多餐館。酒店還是挺有設計感，房間雖不大但很新很乾凈。過道外面風景很好。早餐中規中矩。整體來説體驗還不錯。

酒店就在步行街的盡頭，到雷克雅未克市中心的景點都很便利，而且離公交車總站很近，附近就有超市和餐廳。房間夠大很舒適，酒店裡有很多旅遊資訊，酒店的早餐不錯，而且提供寄存行李服務，下次來還會選這裏入住。
