Das Hoteltraube liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage am Rheinufer in Rüsselsheim
Allerdings für behinderte Menschen ein absolutes no go.
Der Service war nur dann gut , wenn ein gewisser Herr an der Rezeption war. Weibliche Personen schienen überfordert zu sein, dazu noch sehr launisch. Der Zimmerservice war ok aber nicht mehr. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen wie auch teilweise das Inventar. Die Betten in unserem Zimmer waren eine Katastrophe. Matratzen bis zum geht nicht mehr durch gelegen. Der Teppichfussbodem eine Dreckschleuder, voller Flecken und Risse. Ebenso die Teppiche in den Fluren. Einfach nur scheußlich. Bei näherem Hinsehen wurde auch schlecht gereinigt. In den Fensterrahmen hatten sich Spinngewebe mit kleinen toten Fliegen etc abgelegt, so auch bei den Fenstern im Frühstücksraum. Einfach nur ekelig. Die Fenstergardinen im Zimmer waren sicherlich mehr als 1 Jahr nicht gewaschen worden.
Die übrige Ausstattung im Zimmer war zusammen gesucht.
Das Schwimmbecken war aus betrieblichen Gründen
geschlossen
Auf den unteren Etagen viele Stufen und Treppen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch der Service war ok.
Dieses Hotel kann lediglich mit einer guten Lage und einem guten Frühstück punkten, ansonsten mehr als bescheidenen.
Maximal ein 2 Sterne Hotel.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht erneut in dieses Hotel verweilen.

We had a lovely 1 night stay! On arrival we were helped with car parking straight away, and offered a glass of sparkling while we were checked in. The team members were welcoming, and the service at dinner and breakfast was friendly and professional. Food was delicious and particularly enjoyed the ‘made to order’ omelette. The Hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious. We had a shower over the bathtub which was ok for us, but may cause others difficulty. Location is fantastic and in easy walking distance to everything. We hope to stay again, thank you!

Das Hotel wirkt sauber und gepflegt, das Personal war freundlich. Leider sind die Fenster nicht schallisoliert und man hört die angrenzende Straße. Das Frühstück für den Preis geht gar nicht, Billigwurst und als Streichunterlage nur Butter oder Margarine, das ist zu wenig.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für eine Nacht, da ein Konzert im Schlachthof anstand. Die Location ist quasi direkt gegenüber - sehr praktisch. Vor dem Check-In im Hotel erhält man die Möglichkeit einen Online Check-In zu durchlaufen. Für das Öffnen der Zimmer und des Hotels außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten erhält der Gast einen Zahlencode. Der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei und ohne Voranmeldung zu nutzen. Sehr praktisch. TIPP: Die Zufahrt zum Parkhaus ist über die Murnaustraße hinter dem Haus. Der Hinweis am Haupteingang ist leider zugewachsen. :D Der Check-In selber verläuft problemlos. Man bemerkt hier schon eine gewisse Nonchalance, die aber durchaus sympathisch ist. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es Snack- und Getränkeautomat und Computerarbeitsplätze. Die Zimmer sind helle, alle einheitlich und kompakt. Fenster lassen sich öffnen, die Klimaanlange arbeitet gut. Die Betten sind mit 80*200CM gerade noch groß genug und haben einen angenehmen Härtegrad. TV und WLAN waren da. Letzteres mit wechselnder Qualität. Sehr ordentlich war die Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück ist mit 10,50 EUR p.P. wirklich günstig. Auswahl und Qualität sind in Ordnung. Kaffee gibt es aus dem Vollautomaten, Saft aus dem Spender. Neben den üblichen Verdächtigen stehen auch Knäckebrot und Süßgebäck zur Verfügung. B&B erfüllt genau das, was man mit der Marke verbindet. Die Unterkunft ist günstig und praktisch.

What a fabulous modern hotel this is! We loved everything about it, and it was perfect for our 3 day stay in Wiesbaden. We booked the apartment with terrace which was on level 5. It was spacious, well-equipped with minikitchen, table and 2 chairs, lounge area, good internet, separate bedroom with lovely clean and comfortable bedding. The decor is modern throughout, and features giant wall murals of spectacular scenery from the US, quite unexpected. The bathroom is gorgeous, so well-designed with big shower and Hansgrohe tapwear. The shower spray is very luxurious, probably the best we have come across in the many hotels we have stayed in. Showers in hotels can be very iffy, but this one was simply beautiful. Our shower also featured a mural of a big dugong, which is a bit scary up close, and not the ”prettiest” of sea creatures, but amusing anyway. The breakfast is included, and it is served in a huge pleasant breakfast area, so tables are spread out nicely. The variety of breakfast items is enormous - even having half of the items would be totally fine we thought. And the brekky staff were lovely...so hardworking to keep all of that running. We loved our stay and definitely recommend the hotel to others. It is close to the train station, town centre, shopping, transport... and if you like art noveau, don't miss the Wiesbaden museum!

Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The location was idea near a shopping street with supermarket, shops, restaurants that are within walking distance. They would hold my large Amazon boxes for me and deliver to the room with no fuss. Would definitely recommend the Adina to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going the extra mile for our team.

Wir hatten ein DZ für 2 Nächte mit Hund gebucht. Für den Hund wurden je Nacht 15€ extra berechnet - dafür gab es laut Hotel ein extra Überraschung. Auf dem Bett lagen für den Hund eine Hundkottüte sowie ein ein Platikschlüsselanhänger als Werbegeschenk für den Hundekotbeutelhersteller - was hat sich mein Hund gefreut 🙈. Dazu ein Gutschein eines bekannten Hundeleine Herstellers mit 15% Rabatt auf den nächsten Einkauf - gültig bis 31.12.2021. (wir waren im Oktober 2022 hier) Die Zimmer werden nur auf Wunsch gereinigt - bei Verzicht auf tägliche Reinigung wird angeblich ein Baum gepflanzt - naja - glauben wir es einfach mal. Der Zimmerservice der die anderen Zimmer sauber machte war „hochmotiviert“. Nachmittags um 14 Uhr lagen im Hotelgang immer noch die abgezogenen Bett und der Wäschewagen stand noch rum. Die DZ im neuen Teil sind viel zu klein, das Waschbecken befindet sich im Zimmer man kann also direkt vom Bett aus Zähne putzen. Zu zweit mit Hund ein Unding. Das Frühstück war einfallslos. Die Eierspeisen ungenießbar. Zwei Übernachtungen mit Frühstück und Hund für fast 300€ sind hier einfach eine Frechheit. Das einzig positive war der doch sehr nette Kellner beim Frühstück. Insgesamt leider nicht zum weiterempfehlen.

PPengguna TetamuRecently stayed at this lovely small hotel which is very nicely located centrally in Rudesheim but far enough away from train noise or busy streets, although there is a bar opposite we were unaffected by any noise being located in a Comfort Junior Suite in the eaves of the hotel. Our suite consisted of a small sitting area and bathroom on the entry level and two bedrooms up a spiral stairway, this would be my main issue that you had to negotiate this stairs in the night if you needed the bathroom, plus the dressing table and storage area for the outer bedroom was also downstairs. There was a little dressing table and some shelves in the inner bedroom but storage is quite minimal so be prepared to live mostly out of your suitcase. However despite these issues the room had air conditioning, was spotless, beds were comfortable and bathroom well proportioned with lots of storage and a good hairdryer, there was also a good sized fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was served in the beautiful little restaurant which was unfortunately closed this year, there was also a nice little courtyard area where you could eat, we had a lovely lady waiting on us each morning and her helpfulness and friendly nature made up for the frosty unwelcoming woman who checked us in upon arrival. English speaking guests should be aware that it can be difficult to be understood, many staff have little English and learning a few basic German phrases would be helpful, this whole area is not really geared up for the English speaking market and is more aimed at native clients, this is reflected in the food also but that was fine we were there to experience something different and enjoyed the fare although asking for decaff coffee proved very difficult in some places its a bit of a rarity apparently! Overall we were very happy with our accommodation and thought it good value for money, maybe keep the frosty lady away from reception to ensure first impressions are true to the real hospitality of this charming hotel.

Leider war dies aber wirklich das einzig Positive neben der Sauberkeit und das reicht schlichtweg nicht. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist extrem alt und einfach. Beim Betreten schlägt einem schon ein moderiger Geruch entgegen. Ich befürchte, dass dies den alten Teppichböden geschuldet ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach und sehr klein und vom Interieur maximal veraltet. Unerklärlich ist, wie hiermit ein 4 Sterne Niveau gehalten wird. 4 Sterne ergeben sich aus festgelegten Standards, die objektiv nicht gegeben sind. Housekeeping wurde mit dem Hinweis auf Corona nur nach ausdrücklicher Nachfrage ausgeführt und dann leider wirklich nur das Minimum: Handtücher tauschen, bisschen Badreinigung. Keine Betten, kein Mülleimer Entleeren, keine sauberen Zahnputzgläse. Wir waren in den letzten Monaten in mehr als 5 unterschiedlichen Hotels in verschiedenen Ländern. Coronabedingte Einschränkungen bezüglich der täglichen Zimmerreinigung gibt es nirgendwo mehr. Immerhin wird der volle Preis gezahlt, die Kosten für Personal reduzieren sich hierdurch jedoch erheblich. Befremdend ist auch, dass das Frühstück an unserem ersten Morgen (Freitag) deutlich weniger und schlechter ausgefallen ist als an den Folgetagen. Freitags war die Auswahl minimal klein. Samstags und sonntags war es deutlich besser, aber dennoch eher einfach. Wir haben für unser Zimmer 200 € die Nacht gezahlt. Dieser Preis ist schlichtweg eine Frechheit. Wie anfangs gesagt, das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und nett, daher bedauere ich umso mehr meine negative Rezension.

We stayed here one night on our cycling trip, and after a rough start (rather grouchy proprietor man at the front desk who didn’t speak any English and seemed sick of cycling guests, although we were only 4 easygoing people), enjoyed our stay. Bike storage was up around the corner through a garage that the proprietor had to open for us. We had a nice big room (though our friends had a tiny single next door to us and a larger single across the street and up several flights of stairs, so they were less thrilled). Our room was over the little walking street but quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of space, a big bed, closets and shelves, a big bathroom, and a good little desk and fast Wifi. The hotel is in a great location in the main old streets of Zell, with one side facing the river and the other the walking street. There is a good, expansive breakfast buffet in the huge dining room downstairs overlooking the river, with friendly and bustling service. Strangely, even though it was still tourist season (early Sept), and it was a Tuesday night, we found almost no restaurants open for dinner and were even turned away at more than one (at 7-7:30pm). But we ended up having an excellent dinner at a friendly Italian restaurant near the hotel.
