Hotel berhampiran Wisper Trails, Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis

We had a lovely 1 night stay! On arrival we were helped with car parking straight away, and offered a glass of sparkling while we were checked in. The team members were welcoming, and the service at dinner and breakfast was friendly and professional. Food was delicious and particularly enjoyed the ‘made to order’ omelette. The Hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious. We had a shower over the bathtub which was ok for us, but may cause others difficulty. Location is fantastic and in easy walking distance to everything. We hope to stay again, thank you!

We stayed at the Hoteltraube in July 2020 and of course things and procedures were not quite normal, due to corona regulations. The hotel is located in front of the river Rhine, a few steps away from the Drosselgasse end the historic town center. Yes, there is a railway in front of the hotel, but we didn't hear trains passing during the night. We had a room on the first floor, overlooking the river. Our room was nice and clean and included a private bathroom and TV. Maybe the room was a bit outdated, so what, it was clean and comfortable for the weekend. And breakfast was served at the table, because a self-service buffet was not allowed at the time of our stay. But the hotel did everything to make guests having a great breakfast. The hotel also offers a private car park at the back, but public parkings are also nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. The value for money was good.

Recently stayed at this lovely small hotel which is very nicely located centrally in Rudesheim but far enough away from train noise or busy streets, although there is a bar opposite we were unaffected by any noise being located in a Comfort Junior Suite in the eaves of the hotel. Our suite consisted of a small sitting area and bathroom on the entry level and two bedrooms up a spiral stairway, this would be my main issue that you had to negotiate this stairs in the night if you needed the bathroom, plus the dressing table and storage area for the outer bedroom was also downstairs. There was a little dressing table and some shelves in the inner bedroom but storage is quite minimal so be prepared to live mostly out of your suitcase. However despite these issues the room had air conditioning, was spotless, beds were comfortable and bathroom well proportioned with lots of storage and a good hairdryer, there was also a good sized fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was served in the beautiful little restaurant which was unfortunately closed this year, there was also a nice little courtyard area where you could eat, we had a lovely lady waiting on us each morning and her helpfulness and friendly nature made up for the frosty unwelcoming woman who checked us in upon arrival. English speaking guests should be aware that it can be difficult to be understood, many staff have little English and learning a few basic German phrases would be helpful, this whole area is not really geared up for the English speaking market and is more aimed at native clients, this is reflected in the food also but that was fine we were there to experience something different and enjoyed the fare although asking for decaff coffee proved very difficult in some places its a bit of a rarity apparently! Overall we were very happy with our accommodation and thought it good value for money, maybe keep the frosty lady away from reception to ensure first impressions are true to the real hospitality of this charming hotel.

This hotel is becoming a regular for us. We like the Motel One chain, with small, comfortable bedrooms with good showers, and with a good bar to relax in at the end of the day. This particular hotel is well located for drivers, with effectively unlimited parking as it is built over a shopping centre with which it shares the car park, but also next door to the main station in Wiesbaden, and close enough by foot from the town centre to be bale to walk out for dinner.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, in der Nähe des Kongresszentrums und auch zur Innenstadt. Das Team ist äußerst motiviert und zuvorkommend. In dieser Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz erlebe ich das selten! Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen und die Dame, die zuständig war war ebenfalls sehr sehr freundlich! Das EZ war sehr klein, jedoch sauber und funktionell! Sauna vorhanden und Fitnessraum. Alles in sehr gepflegtem Zustand!

Hallo an alle zukünftigen Gäste, Ich wollte meine schwangere Frau überraschen und konnte leider nicht sicher buchen, die Rezeption hat mich beruhigt und erklärt, das genug Zimmer frei wären. Dann gab es vor Ort auch noch eine 1a Beratung was man noch unternehmen könne und es wurde auch kurzerhand für uns reserviert. Sehr kompetentes und freundlichen Personal. Sehr sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders groß, aber reichhaltig und sehr frisch und es war für alle was dabei. Weizenfrei stellt kein Problem dar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Besonders vielen lieben Dank an Frau Maus für die kompetente Beratung und Hilfe.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, auch Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet, wobei wir nur den Pool (klein, aber fürs Kind hat er gereicht :-)) genutzt haben. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Das Restaurant haben wir einmal genutzt, auch hier war alles sehr nett und das Essen sehr gut. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind (was sehr bald der Fall ist). Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Wiesbaden, fußläufig kann man dort nichts unternehmen. Wenn man ohnehin nur mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist das aber okay.
