A delightful small hotel close to the old city of Rhodes. The room was fantastic with views out across the pool. The breakfast buffet is something out of this world catering for every taste possible, be prepared for a long breakfast! The pool is not heated but this doesn't really matter as it is refreshing to dip into when lounging around the pool. Staff were friendly helpful and delightfully polite, and George the lifeguard could not be more helpful going beyond the bounds of his role every day. Book a deluxe room overlooking the pool, rooms at the rear of the hotel overlook an archaeological site, not unpleasant but not as colourful as the pool aspect. We were B&B only and the walk into the old city is not far with hundreds if not thousands of tavernas to choose from, try to get at least one meal in one of the upstairs restaraunts. So a fantastic week - weather was hot and sunny and we really enjoyed it, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we will be returning.

Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance. Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests. In summary, my experience at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were impressive, and the food was a real treat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

So the reviews are true. This place is dated. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures of the pools at night. It really is early 90s at best. See past the doric columns in the bathrooms, heavily glossed dark varnished doors, saloon style frosted glass strung from brass and fake grecian freezes the Mitsis product does not disappoint. The room was large with 3 full-size beds for our family (no sharing a sofa bed here) The a la carte restaurants by the pool coupled eith the book only italian and asian meant we never had to eat in the buffet for an evening meal. The cocktails were generous and service fabulous. Second to none was the kids club. Our kids got welcome gifts on arrival, treats throughout the stay and a goodbye gift from the kids team. It’s the first time my kids have actually asked to go to kids club and the team were amazing with them. The hotel is 10 min from the port where there are lots of water activities on offer and 15 minutes from the old town. Didn’t feel trapped in a resort as plenty to do locally. I would definitely see past the dated reviews and fully recommend the Mitsis Grand. I’ll also definitely try out some of their other hotels. 2// a fabulous family holiday.

All of the staffs were super friendly . This is my first time in Rhodes and I will definately come back for sure. The building of hotel itself has very antique vibe and well decorated and actually has some history of some decades. Especially beautiful in the morning . If you book sea view room , you can see sunrise above the sea. It’s fantastic. Recommend to take a walk around hotel. Also breakfast was very nice. They got buffet style but also make you freshly cooked menu as well.

We arrive at the hotel late at night where was greeted from a young guy on reception, he treated us like one of his own people and could not be any nicer throughout the hotel, the front house staff made our trip especially katerina she was lovely, she kept us entertained and was very professional and polite, it was my 30th and she made it one to remember , the hotel was great, clean, the food was as great and the drinks also good, pool area super clean, also the room are stunning and great value for money, I can’t fault this holiday other than the pool could do with being heated ha, Thank you , Dan

Atmospheric & Cosy, chic & elegant, relaxing & quiet, April Luxury Suites has it all. We stayed at the Phoebe Suite, with the golden-white & bronze colours. Such regal atmosphere! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom spacious and beautiful! The breakfast was both tasty and bountiful, with traditional Greek plates and classic buffet items. Our hostess Dido, served as an excellent advisor for our daily excursions with plenty of suggestions as to what to do, where to go and whom to meet! All in all, an excellent 3 day experience! Thank you! ❤️🌻❤️

I was travelling to Rhodes from Crete and the ferry did not arrive until 1 am. I was unsure whether to book it or not as I did not want to be stranded with no accommodation (but the ferry was such great value). I sent a few emails out and within 10 mins Michael had responded saying this was not an issue at all. I was very grateful for this and TBH I wish I had stayed as they were much more accommodating than my current Airbnb host and their Wifi was fast enough for me to do work! Great location, some amazing local food close by and the Old Town is within walking distance too! Cheers and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here :-)

Stayed at the hotel 23rd December 2023 to January 3rd 2024. The booking was for hotel & breakfast. On questioning the receptionists twice regarding breakfast was told breakfast not served during winter months. Only receptionists & cleaners working. The receptionists did not advise that the breakfast costs were diverted to elswhere so went out for breakfast, That was over 12 days so no alternative offered. The Bed was comfy but the accomodation was basic. The room was not cleaned on 5 days during the stay. The fridge was empty, not even water in the fridge. If we wanted drinks, there was at least one fridge in the reception area that had water, bear & soft drinks that had to be paid for. we were on a budget but not so tight that we could not afford to have breakfast outside the hotel but had we have been on a tight budget the extra cost could have ruined the holiday. . The wardrobe had carrier bags left over from a previous occupant & in one drawer & a few disposable razors from a large pack in another drawer presumably from a previous occupant. Having spoken to Tripadvisor, they state the the hotel diverted the breakfast cost to an alternative option but we were not advised of the same & the hotel refuses to compensate for the additional cost of having to get breakfast outside the hotel. No compensation offered other than the one night we did not stay due to the late arrival of a connecting flight from Frankfurt to Rhodes. We spent over 250 euros eating breakfast outside the hotel due to the Parthenon not offering breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel other than to say the receptionists were polite but not informative about the stay. There were others staying at the hotel who may have had similar experiences. Th booking contained false advertising in stating hotel & breakfast but did not vocalise any alternative. That is money taken for services not offered. If you are looking to stay in Rhodes. try other hotels that may honour what is advertised. Rich & Judy Hinds.
