We stayed here as 2 families during early October. Hotel was selected based on other reviews, and we're glad we did! Everything about the hotel lived up to what we expected, and more. Some of the key points being as follows: * I'll start with the Animation Team, as they really were the stand-out point - all the Team are absolutely superb and ensure everyone's having a great time. Special shout out to Robbie (AKA Jack Grealish), Emma, Lydia and Stacey as these were the ones we interacted with most - playing beach volley ball was especially fun! Thanks to Robbie and Emma for participating in 'pass the hat' photos (if you know, you know). * All staff around the hotel are very polite and helpful. Special mention to George at the pool bar, always a big smile on his face * Food is of very good quality for an all-inclusive hotel. We've stayed at many AI hotels and this is by far the best we've ever had. I especially liked the jalapeno cheese bites/poppers on Mexican night - I'm still kicking myself for not having more! * Drinks - Alcohol is of reasonable quality, plenty of cocktails to choose from. Tip - if you're looking for a different beer to what's being served at the pool bar, then there's a self-service beer tap in the restaurant which serves Myphos/Zyphos, which I found to be better. The standard alcohol isn't the strongest, but you can ask for shots of Ouzo etc. which did get us very drunk on the first night! * Entertainment is really good. We especially liked the music quiz and the Michael Jackson tribute night. They also have Bingo and various other things. I can imagine seating will be at a premium during busier periods, which is maybe the only slightly negative point * Pool area - Good sized main pool and kids pool, water not too cold as with some hotels. Sun loungers were easy to come by, but again, not sure what this would be like during busier periods * Rooms - very clean and of a good size. Our room looked out over the pool area and Sea, which was a bonus * Hotel were happy for us to keep wristbands on and use the facilities including having lunch even though our Airport taxi was collecting us a couple of hours after check-out time on the final day Some tips I would give are: 1. If wanting to go anywhere, ask the hotel reception to order you a taxi rather than booking buses. A one-way taxi to Faliraki was just £26.50 Euros, and took about 15/20 minutes, which was a lot less messing about than buses - taxi arrives in 2 minutes. 2. If looking for bars within walking distance, go out the back of the hotel onto the beach and turn right. First bar is within 2 minutes - the Rainbow Bar. A further 2 minutes walk is Patty's Bar. 5/10 minutes walk after that is a number of bars and restaurants in Ialyssos This is a great hotel that I would highly recommend and we're hoping to return next year. Great job guys!

Perfect week away. Weather fabulous too. Short transfer from airport which does mean we were on a flight path. Not an issue for us. Checkin smooth we booked a sea view and we’re upgraded to a room with 2 sofa beds. Large room, lovely fittings and nice shower. 2 issues , no drawers and the shower leaked all over the floor. My husband checked the waste which had not been cleaned adequately and removed a lot of hair. This was the cause had no issues after that. I was very surprised because the cleanliness everywhere was excellent. Food was very good, each night there was a themed cuisine. Very well run, busy but not a problem. Entertainment was good. It’s not our thing but if you like to get involved you can no pressure if you don’t. Pool was lovely with the lazy river too. The usual issue of towels on beds but again it’s not a problem for us because we also enjoy shade plus I’m not prepared to get up at 6:30am! YES honestly! There were plenty of sun beds on the grassed area with palm trees offering shade plus the view and sound of the sea was just perfect. I would recommend this hotel also if you have young children. Lovely area with 2 splash pools, climbing frame and club.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Definitely a deserving 4*. We have stayed in many 5*, this was our first 4* and we loved it, stayed for 9 nights and didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to be back again. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite due to it being a birthday (partner had apparently emailed prior to arrival). Huge room- spotless with a lovely balcony. Didn’t face the sea so was less loud from entertainment, but there were cockerels in the mornings though didn’t really bother us. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Big shout out to the man at the main lobby bar (didn’t catch his name) who would always come round to see if you wanted another drinks without leaving your seat + remembered our order! Great shuttle to rhodes new and old town (definitely worth a visit €8 for a return trip you can choose the times you leave and return). Would recommend hiring a car and go to lindos, a highlight of our trip- Beautiful quaint town (like mama-Mia)! For those reviews saying there’s nothing near the hotel is a lie… there’s a town about a 10/15min walk with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops etc. Facilities were always clean. We had a lovely massage which was excellent in the spa. Pools cleaned daily. There was always plenty of sun beds on the grass and by the beach- never ever a had to rush! Drinks were good- big selection of cocktails + others if you wanted. Snack bar was open all day with chips, hotdogs, burgers, gyros, pastries and icecream. Different themed nights at restaurant meant the food was varied- there was a decent selection not loads but the right amount for the size hotel. Only thing we didn’t like is that the breakfast shut at 10 (they started taking the food away) which is quite early if you want to have a lie in on holiday. I’d recommend the hotel maybe extend this to 10:30 and add pancakes and cereal to the snack bar for those who want to wake up a bit later and still have something breakfasty in the morning? The animation team… brilliant. The hotel had a time table of activities thought the day if you want to join. Biggest shout out to Dina and Santan - Both so friendly, funny and welcoming, really made our trip 🍀. They were amazing with the table tennis, aqua aerobics and volley ball (which was a highlight of our stay). We hadn’t played/done these things before but it really didn’t matter because it was so funny and no pressure at all- great way to meet new people and do things in the day without leaving the hotel! Laudine was amazing with the children, all day everyday in the kids club and evening entertainment. She impressively speaks many languages and switched between them all the time! Although perhaps management can give her another pair of hands to help, as a primary teacher kids can be a handful at the best of times and I can only imagine the club will get busier. Other resorts we have stayed at have had 2 staff for less kids. Evening entertainment was ok, there was something different every

Only writing this review as there were a few things I wish I’d seen on trip advisor when doing my research. The hotel itself is more of a 3 star in my opinion. There isn’t much a**osphere in the hotel itself. It’s also worth noting that the resort is quite small. We were put in a brand new room which was very nice (although we did have a couple of teething problems), but the room was actually in a separate building that was next to a small farm - which was not a great view. There were quite a few animals there, the worst being a cockerel which made noises all day and all night. After our first night we had to get ear plugs from reception. As the hotel is quite near the airport, it is on the flight path, so expect lots of frequent low flying planes over the hotel, day and night. The food was very average in our opinion. The beach was very small and most days the sea is quite rough. Lots of windsurfers about. The entertainment staff were good and friendly and engaged with everyone. All the hotel staff were very friendly and did try and help with any issues. There isn’t really anything to do or see near the hotel so we rented a car, which I would really recommend. There was free parking at the hotel which was good.

I stayed in this hotel for a week with my husband and daughter (age4) in May 2024. This hotel is brilliant and suitable for everyone but especially good for children. The pools are good size with a large children’s area with paddle pool and Playpark. The location is beautiful with beach views. Rhodes Town is easily accessible by bus and we also hired a car one day and went to Lindos and surrounding ding area. The food was also good in the hotel with lots of variety. The best part were the entertainment team! They put SO much effort into making sure the guests have the best experience with lots of activities. They have a great energy during the day and night always smiling and making sure fun is had. We loved chatting with Dina every day, she was so friendly and chatty. Lesley, Santan and Davide too. A massive recommendation for Laudene who ran the kids club. She was absolutely fantastic. At first my daughter was unsure to attend but by the end shedid not want to leave Laudene’s side. She is amazing!!! Overall, an amazing hotel and all round experience. Could not recommend enough!

Myself and my boyfriend came to this hotel last week for 8 nights for the first time and it was really lovely. Getting a sunbed each morning was never an issue as there were plenty by the pool and on the grass before the beach. We was up at 7:30 each morning, so we had lots of options, however I’d say by 9ish the beds by the pool were gone. The room was really nice and spacious. We did get moved room due to paying for a sea view and wanted to have the full view front on, but they were very accommodating and done this on the second day. The rooms were clean each day, except Sunday, and was done well. The hotel have an animation team who take charge of the day activities and evening entertainment. Each day they would do their club dance, which we enjoyed watching, and they kept everyone entertained. Each of them were great in different ways and always made us laugh. Thank you Santan, Leslie, Laudine, Davide and Dina for making our week so great. Each of them are an asset to the hotel. As well as the animation team, all the bar staff were very friendly and would always have a laugh. To get the 5th star … We would always have dinner later on in the evening which sometimes resulted in not so great food. Example: on the Asian night, once the chow mien was gone, it was replaced with only plain noodles due to no sauce left. Example: Sesame chicken wings were gone and when replaced was some dried out chicken wings. Example: chicken in a sauce was left but you could tell it had been sat there a while due to the sauce going funny. Having said this, we did still enjoy the food each day and there were options but this was our only critique to make it a 5 star hotel. I would highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

The hotel is really well located and chic (towns nearby). The entertainment is incredible. The entertainers always have a smile on their face and really set the mood, they're fun and friendly. Santan and Leslie in particular. That was very good.

The hotel was very nice with beautiful swimming pools, the entertainers kept the a**osphere good, there were new activities every day. The buffet was varied and very good. And above all, the entertainers were always smiling and knew how to create a good a**osphere. Ps: Santan is the best, always smiling and making everyone laugh.
