Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa

Due to a last minute cancellation by jet2 holidays ( 6 hours ) before setting off to airport we ended up booking this hotel with a recommendation by the holiday company ( sunshine holidays ) the morning we were due to fly to Fuerteventura for the next day .we have had a very nice holiday and the room a superior double with sea view was perfectly situated near the beach pool and bar and beach snack bar .the hotel is very spread out on many levels so not the best for anyone with mobility issues like me to get to the activity area I had to use 2 lifts but the grandchildren had no problem and loved it .the bars are well stocked and a variety of cocktails both alcohol & non available .the lobby bar area had live music & dance acts most nights and there is also an ampi theatre with live acts .the main restaurant adjacent to the lobby bar served breakfast lunch and dinner with a good wide variety of hot and cold meals to suit all tastes ( apart from the moaners who you can never suit ) .now for the few negatives which really are not that big an issue but there are themed restaurants to dine in with a reservation being done in reception or on the hotels mobile phone app which is where the problems start as we couldn’t book the restaurant as there were 3 to our rooms (2) and it kept saying when we selected 3 people it exceeded our number of occupants so very frustrating and even when we booked at reception for 6 people with a confirmation booking and arrived at restaurant only to be told there was no booking for us .the WC facility’s left a lot to be desired as this hotel is rated 5 star and the number of times the urinals were full to the brim because didn’t flush or the flush mechanism of the toilets was broken ?not what you want at any price .So all that said we had a great time so it’s thanks to the management and staff for a great 10 nights break .

Plenty of options for eating, amazing view and a variety of swimming pools and other activity related things to do around the hotel. Overall a value for money 5 star hotel for couples and families. For sure one of our accommodation options for our next vacation.

Very satisfied with the stay. Had room with private pool. Bed was very good. Good cleaner who was very nice. Pleasant bartenders in the beach bar who were good and pleasant. We were given great service by "our" waiter Samis, who provided us with brilliant service. We would love to come back.

We are currently staying at Lindos Imperial Resort and Spa, and we could not be happier, we had one issue once we checked in which was with our beds, we are on a couples holiday and we got twin beds once asked reception about it the issue got resolved within an hour of our check in and discovery of the problem, overall staff is really nice, Konstanina at the main bar is one to be noted she is very friendly and is taking great care of us, but the staff at the relax pool bar are extraordinary, Gerasimos is an amazing guy that made sure we are satisfied with their service and is just a person to have a very nice chat with huge thank you to him, but Theodoros from the relax pool bar staff is the one you must meet! His cocktails are the best we have had so far and he is just super attentive ( even brought us a drink he has learned we love and brought it to the pool area without our request) honestly take the time to meet this extraordinary bartender during your stay. Asian a la carté is a must the food is incredible and just has to be tried! Other than that the staff have attended to our every need the pool and public areas are kept clean and tidy and so are the rooms! We will definitely be returning to this Resort purely because of the friendly staff and the size of it, something new to discover on each day of your stay. Huge recommendations!

We are currently staying at Lindos Imperial Resort and Spa, booked the holiday for my birthday celebrations and I could not be happier, we had a problem with our beds once we have checked in, we are on a couples holiday and we got twin beds, went to speak to the reception and they have sorted it within an hour of our check in time. Overall the staff are very friendly especially Konstantina at the main bar is looking after us really well! But the relax pool bar staff are extraordinary especially Theodoros his cocktails are the best we have had so far he has even brought us drinks that we like to the pool whithout us asking for it, just an amazing bartender, his colleague Gerasimos is also extraordinary take the opportunity to meet them you will not be disappointed. Asian a la carté experience is a must absolutely incredible food. The hotel is massive so much to explore each day and discover something new..the rooms are kept clean and tidy and the surrounding public areas too, definitely will be coming back to this resort, best holiday so far!

One of the best holidays we have had nothing is too much trouble staff will help with any issues you have rooms are lovely and comfortable amazing pools and facilities going all inclusive is great don’t have to worry about how much your spending the food was very good just slight issues with the bookings of the restaurants in the evening even though we spoke personally to book didn’t enjoy the food in these restaurants wouldn’t say they were a la carte could do with some improvement the beach is pebbles which we found very difficult to walk on but didn’t stop us enjoying our holiday can’t wait to go back a massive ThankYou to all the staff your amazing

Further to my review where I missed a few things..... The very best point is the beds and pillows are the best we have slept in, in Europe 11/10. The staff have all been exceptionally excellent during our stay. Thankyou all. Credit where due along with some poor points of the hotel previously reviewed, to ensure a fair review rather than just the negatives. Review is based on overall stay.

Hotel ktory mozna polecic kazdemu od rodziny z dziecmi po podroz z przyjaciolmi. Obiekt jest ogromny zadbany I czysty. Obsluga bardzo mila I pomocna. Wiele atrakcji w osrodku dla kazdego. Nie mozna sie tu nudzic. W hotelu mozna zarezerwować rozne wycieczki jak i wynajac samochod co jest bardzo duzym udogodnieniem jesli chce sie cos zobaczyc. Dla tych co nie chca wypozyczac auta jest autobus który ma przystanek zaraz obok hotelu. Jesli chodzi o jedzenie to kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebe. Wiele atrakcji w poblizu hotelu rowniez umila wam czas takie jak sporty wodne I nie tylko. Hotel jest usytuowany blisko plaży. Bardzo pomocne jest też to że bez problemu możemy poprosić o kogoś kto mówi po polsku. Polecam każdemu!!!
