Lovely hotel, staff very helpful. Giannis the maitre ‘d looked after my mother in law who was vegan and ensured she had options to eat each night, very professional and courteous. Small drawback from the buffet dinner and breakfasts was that the food was not always as warm as it could have been, but some good options to choose from and varied each night. The pools were lovely (but freezing), lots of sun beds available, adult only pool a good space to relax. The beach is pebbles and a bit painful to get in and out but lovely temperature of the sea.

The Hotel is clean and well maintained. It's not a noisy location at all, in fact it's beautifully serine. Our room was right on the beachfront which was awesome, 20 meters to the water, beautifully blue and not as cold as expected. The entertainment team were outstanding especially Ian a young croation lad. The food was different every night, greek delicacies absolutely nailed, however sushi and Mexican night weren't delivered quite as well, but still edible. The hotel staff were pleasant and hard working all the time. The family and I absolutely loved this place and cannot recommend strongly enough. To be honest as I'm writing this review I have changed it from an original rating of four star to five as even though I have stayed in nicer places the people played a huge part in making this holiday great. Well done team and thanks for a great stay. 👍

There aren't enough stars for this a la carte restaurant. We ate here twice and it was the best food and service we had during our entire holiday! Michael who is there everyday from 3 is the loveliest man and couldn't do enough for us. He makes the most delicious cocktails on the island and is lovely to chat to. On our final night we had a steak and it's one of the best steaks I've had. The views are insanely beautiful watching the sunset over the sea as you eat. Will really miss this place.

Have recently stayed at this hotel with my partner. We have read some reviews that people had upgrades on arrival and welcome drinks but we were not offered this ( even though our booking stated we were celebrating a special occasion) We stayed at what they call the garden rooms, across the road from the main hotel. We were overlooking a building site and a road so we were woken by men each morning with their machinery. Rooms are dated. We had to fix the shower and the air con is terrible. We slept with our patio doors open each night as the air con was pointless. Food was OK. Just your average hotel buffet. Be wary if you order a beer, its 90% froth. We had to take it back and complain. The beach is very pebbly and sea was choppy. You have to pay 5 euro each for a sun lounger even though they are part of the hotel. And if you wish to use the adult section, its 10 euros each !!!! We did ask for a late check out but we were told we had to pay 60 euros. We didn't pay this so asked if we could store our luggage. We were told we can either leave them in reception in the lobby by the front doors or we had to pay to have a locker to store them. We didn't have change for the locker so had to take our luggage around with us on the last day. It may be the time of year, but there is not a lot to do around the hotel and nothing seems to be open. It was like a ghost town. Would recommend a trip to the old town. 2 euros each by bus or 15 euros by taxi. Overall, we would not come back.

We had a fantastic week in April ‘24 at the Sun Beach Resort with our two young daughters (three and six). The family room we stayed in was large and ideal with a separate bedroom and lounge area with kitchenette and dining area too. We stayed on a half board basis which was definitely adequate and we bought drinks/snacks from the on-site supermarket and enjoyed lunch at the pool snack bar. The restaurant where we ate breakfast and dinner was brilliant with a wide range to choose from - The head waiter of the restaurant made such a special effort with the girls whenever we saw him around the hotel it was lovely. Our eldest daughter had her birthday whilst we were there and at dinner they brought out a cake with a number ‘6’ candle and sparkler which was a wonderful gesture. All of the staff around the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Our daughters really looked forward to the evening entertainment after dinner and they made full use of the two parks on site. We all came home having had a wonderful holiday and break. We definitely recommend!

Air con wasn’t working and I was told this isn’t available until May, even though the temperatures were pretty hot that week at 24-26 degrees, I am disabled and disappointed that I asked for a ground floor room to be allocated to me and it wasn’t and when I said I need a ground floor room I was then charged another €40 euros per night for there only available ground floor room, maybe because I’m not in a wheelchair and I’m young, they wasn’t so understanding, also you get charged taxes for your stay, even though they should of been included in the price as well. Rooms are pretty outdated for 4stars, more like 3 star rooms, but the outdoor pool and beachfront are picturesque. Breakfast is ok, a nice variety, however the food is stone cold, and dinner it seems like a huge variety but they change there menu every night and not everyone loves fish

We had a fantastic family holiday here and can't fault it. We stayed half board which suited us perfectly as we love to explore. We rented a car through the hotel which was great value and had a truly great time. The staff were all really friendly, very clean and food was great. We were greeted with a drink and were told we have been upgraded to an apartment with a sea view, which was a great start and the view was truly beautiful. Thanks for a great holiday, we will definitely be visiting again.
