Booked for a party of six at this hotel. On arrival at the hotel two of us were given rooms in an annex three minutes walk away. Another of our party had only one night in the actual hotel and then also had to move to the annex. The hotel is well situated but the Annex is close to the nightclub area and the noise from this necessitated me keeping the door to the balcony closed and the Aircon on. The rooms were pleasant enough, although the tea and coffee was not replenished after the first day. Breakfast was okay but the hot food was lukewarm. If I was to stay there again (unlikely) I would insist on staying in the actual hotel.

Moschos Hotel is located right by the beach and has been renovated in 2020/2021. The hotel is family owned and the owners were super welcoming and friendly. During the booking process you will easily see which rooms have already been renovated. We booked the Superior Room we featured a large terrace with view over the ocean. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. Walking distance to the beach was 1 minute, with the hotel also offering a nice pool. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and you can also do a few hikes without needing a car (eg up to the close by monastery). Cab from the airport took 20 minutes and was 30 Euros with tip. We can definitely recommend this place!

Basically everything in Rhodes Town is within walking distance. If you don't need anything else from your hotel than a bed and breakfast, this is your choice. The staff is very polite and helpful and the rooms are clean and well air conditioned. There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel, but don't expect anything luxurious at this price. You got to try the gelatteria across the road! It is the best gelatto in all Rhodes.

If you are expecting 5 star then think again! It’s a shame that it is rated this high as expectations are set very high even before you arrive. However what you will have is a very very clean modern hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. The food is good although a bit repetitive and the meat dishes at times a bit fatty and tough, the puddings are lush! The restaurant is spotless clean and the staff work very hard to clear tables and wipe surfaces once somebody has left. The chap at the pool was so lovely forgive me I can’t recall his name now he was 5 star!! The two characters however who did the bar in the evening were not, they were rude and abrupt that’s even if they decided you were worth serving. I understand a little Greek and they should be aware of this when they are making comments to each other. They were very unprofessional and need talking too😡 The hotel is perfectly situated to visit Rhodes old town and Lindos both easy to get to by the buses. The pool area is great and again very clean and plenty of sun beds day time activities is you wanted to join in. There are 3 beaches very very close to the hotel which are lovely two are a little stoney so beach shoes maybe needed. The cove where the boat trips leave from is Sandy with a beach bar serving food and drinks. TOP TIP! The sun beds to the left towards the end are free for the hotel we didn’t realise this until our last day! There is no mention of it anywhere at the hotel and having spent 60 euros on sunbeds over the week we were a little p$$$$d off to say the least! We really enjoyed our stay apart the ****** at the bar! The staff work very hard to make sure everything is as good as it can be and if anything is needed then it is attended to very quickly. We may well return in the future 😊😊

Absolutely stunning, everything about it is 5 star, a truly relaxing, zen vibe, from the moment we arrived it was like stepping into a serene setting with every aspect feeling that way. I visited the spiritual wellness spa three times during my stay, treatments were amazing & a beautiful relaxed environment. The food was amazing, we were on the half board package. A fantastic selection at the buffet breakfast all cooked fresh. The evening selection was al-a-carte with a fantastic selection and different choices each night. The team of staff whether the cleaners or managers couldn’t do enough for the guests and all work super hard. They have service sussed, they look after you without being over attentive, definitely a five star treatment. We also tried the Italian and Asian restaurants and both were excellent and would recommend them both. The hotel is only about a 45 minute ride from the airport if you use a private transfer.

Mitsis Rodos Maris was a really amazing stay. We stayed for a week at the end of September until the beginning of October. Weather was still really hot all day and only a little chilly a couple of evenings. The team at the hotel are what makes it amazing, they can’t do enough and are genuinely interested in keeping guests happy and getting to know them too. Service everywhere was impeccable, they are friendly and efficient from the bar, to waiters to housekeeping. You can be as active or relaxed as you want to be. There are loads of activities to choose from. We also had no problem getting space by the pools or on the beach whatever time we went. The restaurants need to be booked in advance and you can only book one visit per week, so we had a meal in all. You can book lunch at the American/Greek or there is always the buffet which has something for everyone. I would 100% go back. Thank you for your hospitality

JJezza for lifeI recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests.

Staying in room 3011 swim out room this is our first visit in many years to Greece -Rhodes. As we normally holiday in 5 star Adult only hotels in the Caribbean. On arrival the property has a wow factor from viewing it light up in the dark on arrival to the interior especially the reception... The Hotel is stunning rooms are nice, clean, with strong architectural lines , it has a presence and sound of flowing water everywhere. The entertainment board has activities seven days a week , yoga Pilates and pool keep fit. Evening entertainment varies from a tribute band to solo artists Wednesday evenings are a white party. Staff are amazing we have met Greek and Albanian all willing to please shout out to all. Restaurants - food is fantastic varies and is authentic to a standard the buffet restaurant is fabulous plenty of selection at breakfast , lunch and dinner with options for vegetarian, and special diets. Wine - The Greek wine is good the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, house fizz is also good. Bars - Champagne and Senso we visited are amazing cocktails in Senso authentic and generous and bar staff are happy to create a cocktail for you. Speciality Restaurants - easy to book and food was excellent wine by the glass free flowing. Room - this is nice and private we have a swim out we love it very quiet and a pool that was shared , fridge filled daily with drinks including wine mini bottles of red and white , coke fruit drinks , soda and lemonade, snacks are nuts haribo,s and crisps. Room services - excellent twice daily unless not required. Spa- it's a must we have never experienced a treatment like this they are physio therapists and it shows we had a full body massage as a couple and the treatment was from head to toe literally. Conclusion- As travellers to five star resorts in Mexico it gives them a run for their money four hours from the UK the standard is very good not 5 but I would say 4.5 stars which we could not score as we all have room to reflect and improve but very very good. Would like to see room service included in all inclusive? A choice of drinks in mini bar other than red and white wine and beer Chocolate ? TV no English channels except the news , suggest a music or film , just while getting ready for the evening? Otherwise very impressed have cancelled holiday for next year previous booked to come back ..forget Mexico this Hotel is very good.

The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

EElgin Hero HidalgoThe location is amazing, in a quiet corner of Vlycha beach, where it feels calmer and relaxing. It's also conveniently located at 10-min drive to Lindos town. The beach is just 3 mins away on foot. The hotel is very modern, has a new feel, very minimalistic which we like very much. This is an adult-only hotel which we prefer, so we really had more serene mood. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of variety so we didn't get bored within the 5 days we were there. Dinner at one of the restaurants (Agistri) was great, the service was nice. The hotel also allowed us to check out late at 1pm (standard is 11am), which was nice because we booked a facial treatment at the spa at 1030am on day of check out because it was the only available one that morning. The shower was working perfectly, with a view of the pool and the sea. Our private pool was always clean and looks new. Housekeeping staff was also very friendly and did proper clean up.
Opportunities to improve on:
1. The butler was not friendly at all, which is disappointing as he was the first person to greet guests at the lobby. We arrived at the front with our rental car, and he didn't even greet. He was quite aggressive when we asked where to park the car, and he simply pointed wherever vacant spot on the street we see. He was also responsible to walking us to our room with the luggage upon check in, and that was a few minutes of awkwardness too.
2. The check-in was a bit clumsy. Although the reception lady was really nice, he assisted us to check in via the hotel app (which we first had to download). That took some time when it was possible to simply check us in the normal way. I understand that the hotel wants to push the app to guests, but perhaps best to check in the normal way first THEN ask us to download the app afterwards. This way, it doesn't feel like: if we don't download the app, we cannot check in. Because in the end, we find the app helpful. We were in Lindos town one afternoon, and reserved our massage and dinner at the hotel via the app while there.
3. The room phone line did not function the whole time we were there. We reported it on day one, nothing happened. We had some questions that the app couldn't answer, and we always have to go to the reception to ask little questions, like how much the bottle of wine in the room costs, or if it's possible to do late check out.
4. One one night, we hang out at the pool bar and there was only one service staff. We had to wait for about half an hour to get our drinks, and he only passed by once to say it's coming though we can see the bar and no one is preparing anything.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and the value for money is worth it. We will come back again and recommend.

My husband returned to Pefkos after staying last year at the Matina. We arrived around 1130pm and were given keys to room 148. This was up the hill but the lower block. This room was round the back, no view but also no light to even put your key in the door...pitch black! We advised reception next day and this was rectified. The room was very small, a triple room. If we had brought our teenager or another adult it would not be suitable at all. You couldn't swing a cat. The patio was a decent size, albeit high concrete walls. We unfortunately couldn't sit out as the place was crawling with ants. Our last day we extended the room and were advised we would need go move to room 143. This room was also a triple but much better. Lovely view and much more spacious. Based on the original room. I wouldn't return. My husband reserved a table at Nostalgia coming back from the beach one night. We said we would be back in around 45 minutes. On arrival we were advised we couldn't have the table as someone else had reserved that particular one that had been before. Funny that this wasn't mentioned 45 mins earlier. So if you book and you're not a 'regular' prepare to have your table preference removed. The waiter was very rude to my husband and in hindsight, we should have turned round and left. We are thankfully going back to Kos in a couple of weeks after visiting for the first time in June and have to say the two islands don't compare in terms of hospitality.

PPengguna TetamuI wonder which rooms were shown for the hotel to get 4 star rating. Based on how our room looked and the breakfast, it cannot get more than 2,5 stars. Pros: great location, friendly staff (but i guess in this line of business friendliness is requires). I’ll put breakfast here, although it was nothing special…continental breakfast with not so many choices, but it is eatable. Cons: room had a whole wall chipping due to water issues in the past. Absolutely no sound proof, the door to the room had a 2cm crqck between the floor and door. So the result was we heard everything and everyone in the hallway. Not only that the guests don’t respect the silence sign, the cleaning ladies as well (cleaning room above ours at 6:30, moving furniture). The toilet/shower was all in one, such a small space that when we showered the water went all around, even wetting the toilet paper. And after you shower, it’s impossible to use the toilet till the next morning, as the floor is flooded and we had to go to the lobby toilet. The sink is moved next to the bad, which is not an issue for me, but the faucet is broken so you can’t close it. For the price they have it’s definitely not worth it.

Having read some of the recent reviews on here I was very concerned that we were going to be disappointed but can honestly say we had a wonderful stay. Our room was amazing. No issues with ants, smell or anything like others have complained about. The pool area is incredibly relaxing with different types of loungers and never any problem finding somewhere to sit at any time of the day. Beach also had plenty of Sun loungers and we never had to reserve early to get one. The beach is pebbly however take a brief stroll over the hill on the left and you will come to a sandy beach with a bay to swim in. Not the prettiest of beaches as like a lot of Rhodes is was devastated by the fires but nice to have sand instead of pebbles. The hotel is remote so hiring a car if you don’t want to be stuck there would be useful and the car park is free. However there are boat trips you can take from the beach to Lindos or Rhodes Town. Don’t expect to be able to take long walks as there isn’t anywhere to go so this would be a negative if that’s your thing. But for a relaxing, stress-free chilled break the hotel is ideal. Food was average - not the best we’ve had but not awful. We were half board so only had breakfast and dinner. I’m not a fan of buffet type dining generally and found choice slightly repetitive and food not hot unless you were lucky to be there when they replaced the dishes. The lady behind the counter making fresh omelettes at breakfast was wonderful. Best omelettes I’ve ever had at a hotel, cooked with a smile. Tip you get a free bottle of water on the table for breakfast so take this with you if you don’t use it! We only ate in one of the other restaurants and had a great meal (Greek restaurant). We were disappointed with the Japanese menu choices (very strange which dishes they include in your package versus what you have to pay for) so didn’t eat there and unfortunately never got to try the Italian. Another tip is to go to the supermarket outside the hotel (if not on all inclusive) to buy water and beers etc as cheaper and can keep in your fridge. I do agree with others that the entertainment is a bit strange but we did enjoy the live band by the pool (once a week) and the DJ playing super cool tracks at night by the bar. Sadly the way tables are set out around this area means there is no atmosphere and people just sit there. We braved it and got up to dance but felt very awkward. It’s a shame as we love to dance. The resort is dark at night however it adds to the ambience and I felt completely safe at all times walking around. We did find the gentleman on reception very unhelpful on our last morning when checking out. Despite our paperwork saying check out was at midday, he told us it was 11am and that we should not trust what we are sold by the holiday company. I pushed him to accept a later check out and he finally conceded to midday but it was agreed reluctantly. I also asked if there was somewhere we could shower later as

PPengguna TetamuWe went as a couple and stayed in a superior studio. The room had twin beds pushed together to make a double. It has a long couch-like seat at the bottom of the bed, with walking space between so you could go out to the balcony. The balcony had a table with 2 chairs. Inside also had a table with 2 chairs. A dressing table with a chair and wall mirror above. A double wardrobe with a safe inside that you can hire. A kitchen area with a fridge inside had a small freezer compartment, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery and plates for both of us, a coffee machine, a two-ring electric hob, and a sink. Towels were provided and the shower was always hot. We had a room on the ground floor with a view of the orange groves. The room was cleaned daily by a friendly bunch of ladies. Lovely pool area with lots of sun loungers and a bar serving food and drinks all day. They also have a spitroast BBQ 2 nights a week and offer guest options of B&B, Breakfast and dinner, or room only. The staff and owners were always very friendly and ready to help. Would definitely stay here again. Only a short work to the main street with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. The pebbled beach was also a short walk from the apartments. We did not go on the beach as had pebbles, but there are lots of sandy beaches to visit some busy and some very private. Just 2 mins from the apartments there is plenty of car/quad/bike rentals, taxis, or bus routes, so easy to explore the island. Only 10 mins drive from the airport. We got a taxi straight outside the airport, and the owner of the apartments phoned us for a taxi back to the airport.

Travelled in late June. Hotel was full but not all the amenities were open, the bar over the pool, the inside bar/restaurant was only offering breakfast. The pool was lovely but the step access is not mobility impaired friendly and did cause me problems. Plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas available. Grounds clean and tidy, though towards the end of the week some of the customers could not be bothered to use the bins supplied which was frustrating. Rooms are basic but we're clean and functional. Attempting self catering would be challenging as extremely limited kitchen equipment was available. I forgot to take plugs for the sink a trick I remember previously! Rooms were serviced daily to a good standard. Gardens were lovely, leading to the on site taverna - food was brilliant and a great variety to suit all needs, good value too. No entertainment within hotel, but this suited our needs but may be an issue for others. We knew that we were close to the airport (10 minute transfer), a deliberate choice, be aware you are directly under the landing flight path - didn't bother us but I suspect others might complain

We arrived late it looked very nice ,rooms basic no water in the fridge no kettle etc brought my own, beds in the living area were stone with a matress on my granddaughter didn't complain only place for clothes was the wardrobe in my bedroom . Food in the restaurant was good always found something to eat but the pool snack area was relatively the same every day but kids seem to like it . The bars were not well staffed and with three adults you could still only get 2 alcoholic drinks at a time which was not good after a few days they let us have more ! . The a la carte bar was nice and comfortable but it was €6 a pint and my granddaughter loved the pizza there and the barman was very pleasant. The kids disco was enjoyable for my 6 year old granddaughter because she made some lovely friends there but that is where the evening entertainment was which was supposedly abysmal (we never went because it was stinky and not very comfortable on plastic chairs) luckily we made friends with people and just sat outside the hotel bar . Outside the hotel is nothing really but we went to the rainbow bar to watch the football and beautiful sunsets! and that is a really nice place very friendly staff . Animation team try their best the kids club my 6 year old granddaughter went to did their best took them to the aquapark one day and she drew pictures the rest of the time , they did things round the pool aqua aerobics and water polo nearly every day . To be honest I still had a really good time with my family there but they do need more staff , I know this day and age there are cutbacks everywhere but some people have to save for a long time for a family holiday and I think the management need to realise that and make sure people have a great time . The staff I encountered were all very nice but I think they need more so that they enjoy working .
