LLingtzeSuperd location with walkable to every attractions. Superb convenient as shops are next to hotel. 10mins to Amusement park and 7mins to Montevers Tram Station. Room is relatively new. Try to avoid 6th floor rooms as the Bar and restaurant is at 7th floor if you want to have fresh air and balcony door open then you need to bare with the noise from 7th floor till midnight. Overall the breakfast spread is bored with no new menu for consecutively 4days 3 nights stay. The staffs are helpful and informative.

CCebAktVoyageant en famille à 3, nous avons réservé la Suite Exécutive avec la terrasse, un lit double et un canapé-lit convertible.
Notre arrivée vers 1h00 s’est bien passée, un appel à l’hôtel la veille nous a permis d’apprendre le protocole à suivre pour les arrivées tardives 👌🏼
La terrasse était parfaite pour le café clope du matin, moins le café mais j’y reviendrais plus tard.
Petit (littéralement) déjeuner disponible en bas à côté de la réception, d’ailleurs les demoiselles de la réception étaient très aimables.
Malheureusement, c’est là où les points positifs s’arrêtent ; ni draps ni housses n’étaient trouvables pour le canapé-lit, le matelas de ce dernier étant bien jaune j’ai préféré le retransformer en canapé et dormir de cette façon bien qu’il ai un renfoncement important au milieu.
Pas de machine à café dans la Suite Exécutive, enfin si: il y a une nespresso dans le placard central de la kitchenette mais pas de capsule.
Impossible de commander quoi que ce soit via l’application qu’ils proposent de scanner non plus, rien n’était disponible pour le jour J il faut donc prévoir le café du lendemain?
La poignée de douche tient sur un support à moitié cassé mais ça marche donc 🤷🏽♂️
Ah et j’ai failli m’enfermer dans le sas en voulant ouvrir la porte à mon père, puisqu’il faut la carte pour avoir l’électricité, attention avec la carte magnétique.

VVenosHotel ini menghadap ke tasik Annecy. Di pintu depannya, nampaknya kami berada jauh di dalam hutan namun kami berada hampir 10 minit dari bandar. Kakitangannya sangat manis dan profesional. Kami melancong dengan anak berusia 1 tahun kami, dia mendapat perhatian yang comel daripada pasukan semasa sarapan pagi. Perasaan bahawa keluarga lubang termasuk tidak ternilai. 2 malam ini dialu-alukan untuk berehat dan bersantai. Terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan yang menjadikan gerbang ini menyeronokkan untuk kami!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is very tired and dated and definitely not 5*. Complained about the poor state of our superior room and in the end were upgraded to Junior Suite as hotel was not full. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff were very good and particular credit goes to Sebastien, head concierge who was excellent and in possession of the ‘golden keys’. Not surprising. Recommended good Bouchons etc. Time to refurbish this hotel for guests and staff.

RRihab YakoubiI recently stayed at the Eklo Lyon hotel and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish decor that creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. But what really stood out to me was the friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely welcoming and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.
The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Lyon, with the Tram conveniently located right in front of the hotel. This makes it incredibly easy to get to the city center and explore all that Lyon has to offer. Additionally, the hotel has a great vibe, with a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. There were plenty of options available, with something to suit every taste. From fresh pastries to eggs, everything was delicious and well-prepared.
Overall, I highly recommend the Eklo Lyon hotel. The combination of its clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Lyon.

AAnnThis hotel is located close to the ‘autoroute du soleil’ which is why we picked it on our way south.
Downsides: it’s located in a very industrial area, with a huge factory just next to it. There’s no fridge in the room.
You pay 100 EUR on average/night for a double room which is quite overpriced if you ask me, but it’s just the price you pay for a clean room in French cities.
Plus: friendly staff, secured parking, decent breakfast, clean room. In just a 5 min drive you can reach the highway again and continue your road trip. Rooms were quiet.
We had an issue upon check-out due to Trip.com having provided wrong information to the hotel (I had paid for a room with breakfast to Trip.com and the hotel couldn’t see the same on their reservation system so they thought I hadn’t paid for breakfast.) It was the first time I booked a room via Trip.com. It took me a while to find out how I could talk to their customer service.
After 5 min of chatting with customer service, I got one of their assistants on the phone who talked to me first, then to the hotel staff and after the talk, trip.com asked me to pay the hotel for my breakfast once again and said they would refund my breakfast, which they meanwhile did.
But all in all we nearly lost an hour of our precious vacation time due to this issue, which is why I’m very reluctant in using trip.com for a second time. I never had these kind of issues with booking.com or hotels.com.

HHamidDekat dengan kereta bawah tanah dan trem, restoran yang bagus, beberapa meter jauhnya, dengan berbagai makanan, setiap waktu makan tengah hari ada sebuah kereta makan, tempat tidur yang selesa dan tenang, di sisi lain, selain dari pejabat, terdapat beberapa peralatan makan sederhana Terdapat dapur kecil, tanpa meja makan; untuk sarapan pagi, kotak yang disediakan tidak sesuai dengan standard: 3 pastri mini, sebotol jus, sebilangan roti dan sebungkus kopi! Nilai wang tidak ada.
Tetapi yang paling mengejutkan saya ialah mereka menolak pelanggan menggunakan tandas sebelum mendaftar masuk. Adakah anda jelas selalu harus kembali ke bilik kerana Covid? Bagi pelanggan, ini nampaknya tidak begitu sesuai untuk saya.

PPengguna TetamuThe front desk staff were friendly and polite to me, they helped me on things as best as they could and English was well spoken. The view from outside is nice as you are so high up. The hotel is overall ok but it's not high-end, it's old and a little dark, I did not see that opulent wood panelled dining room shown in the Tripadvisor pics, the dining room was nothing like that. The room had an adequate kitchen area which I found very useful and you will need to obviously buy food but also all washing up stuff etc and all cleaners. You clean/make up your own room unless you pay an extra daily charge which I didn't but I'm old enough to make my own bed. However as I was there for 11 days I was told I'd get one cleaning day/linen/towel change after a week but that never happened. Like the last reviewer I was also in Lyon for surgery and this hotel is not suitable for post-op recovery as you really do need to be pretty fit to deal with the location. It is halfway up a very steep hill several hundred yards long so would also not suit older visitors or those that want an easy level stroll to local cafes. The local store at the bottom of the hill is good and is where you can buy most needed supplies and the boulangerie opposite makes very nice mini quiches. This would suit a younger visitor or able visitor and the area is also good for street photographers. Lyon is a nice city and good to explore but if you visit the marvellous Notre Dame Basilica in Fourvierre be very careful. You will need to use the funicular railway to get to it and on this I was mugged by a young steaming gang who pickpocketed my cash and c/cards. One young 20s guy within with two petite, dead face teen girls will block your path as you get on the carriage and literally lock on to you bodily. The guy will start shouting in your face to distract you while the skilful girls are emptying your pockets. You won't feel it.

PPengguna TetamuL'accueil était de qualité. La chambre qui m'avait été attribuée ne s'ouvrait pas. Une autre m'a été attribuée immédiatement. Le site web ne mentionnait pas le montant des taxes de séjour qui m'ont été demandées à l'accueil.
La nuit à été agitée car quelqu'un a fait claquer les portes à plusieurs reprises et marchait bruyamment. L'extérieur n'était pas bruyant cependant.
