Ficamos no hotel apenas para dormir e seguir viagem, o hotel é simpático e o atendimento cordial, os quartos estão velhos e um pouco desgastados, mas a cama era ótima, varios travesseiros e um chuveiro excelente, só o cobertor um pouco curti, ficamos no quarto familia que nos atendeu muito bem, o café da manhã não era imenso mas muito completinho com tudo um pouco, o ovo e o pao de queijo estavam excelentes. Com certeza ficaríamos de novo como hotel de passagem!

If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.
