We came here for a friends wedding. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was also very nice. Great service! The only thing we saw was a little bit of an issue was the drains in both shower and sink. They were very slow to drain the water.

The hotel was conveniently located right off of the toll road. Our room was extremely clean and smelled amazing! There was good quality shampoo in the bathroom, not your typical cheap hotel shampoo and bar soap. They had dove products! The complimentary breakfast was really good. Muffins, bagels, hot fresh cinnamon rolls, pancakes, and chobani yogurt. The staff were very friendly as well. I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable hotel room this is certainly the place. Also conveniently located 25 minutes from Rockwall.

除了周邊有點荒涼 ，吃飯購物比較不方便。酒店本身總體來說是不錯的，符合hilton的統一標準。商務出差就正好。離機場也不遠，5分鐘車程也能到downtown。裏面的星巴克11點就關門了。要買的要早點下來😀

GGrandTour04276148734We needed a last minute hotel in the Richardson area, and we were able to get a good deal at this SpringHill. It was in great shape, the room was very clean, and the room was dark and quiet. I really liked that there were two rooms for the bathroom, each with their won sink. My only issue, which isn't limited to this SpringHill Suites, is that the sheets given for the trundle bed don't fit the bed (they are too big), leaving the sheets a mere suggestion for the mattress. I really like the idea of the trundle. I would assume that this is standard property-wide it would be possible to get sheets that actually fit the trundle. But that's a minor quibble. We will definitely stay here again.

Also the rooms are very clean and there are so many restaurants to choose from and walking distance... We will stay there are on next work load for business when going threw Dallas. This is one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel welcome. The common areas were all perfectly clean and inviting. There is a pool and a nice, small gym. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a great bed, fluffy pillows, a nice sofa bed and ottoman, a tv, a mini-fridge and a coffee-maker. The bathroom was seemingly brand new with a great shower. I'd recommend paying the extra charge for breakfast. Starbucks coffee and plenty of choices including a huge breakfast burrito. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area. Five stars!

PPengguna TetamuI originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant.
Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction.
The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing.
Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

PPengguna TetamuEnjoyed my stay wasn't like the other reviews made it to be honestly. Very professional staff and shout out to Ms Cookie who's very sweet and works super hard thank you for your courtesy. As well to the other staff members who have always been nice to my wife and work hard too. i hate seeing the reviews saying all of the negative when in reality it wasn't bad at all.
